It was the middle of the night. Padme could not sleep, all because she had this feeling that Anakin was not telling her something. It was making her mind run, which was causing her not able to sleep. Getting out of the bed, she went out of the room and headed down the hallway, to the guest room and knocked on the bedroom door. Anakin woke up to the sound of a light taping on the door. He got out of bed, went to the door and let the person inside the room. Padme jumped into Anakins arms and he carried her further into the room, and not once, did they break their kiss.
Anakin, please tell me what is bothering you. Before you say there is nothing, I do know that you are hiding something from me. Padme pulled away from Anakin and looked up at him.
Yes, there is something that I do need to tell you, but Im not sure how to tell you, is all. Anakin turned away from Padme, so that way, she could not see his eyes change from blue to yellow.
Just tell me, Anakin. Padme demanded.
Ok, fine. I will tell you. Before I came here, I got a message from Palpatine. He told me that he knows that you are alive and that you have been on Naboo the whole time. Anakin turned back around to see the color drain from Padmes face.
. Ok. My gods.. Um . . . How does he know that am still alive? Padme went over to the bad and sat down on it.
Well, it appears that someone saw you leave the palace and head over to your parents house. There is more. Anakin went over to the bed and looked down at his wife.
Oh, no. What more is there that you are not telling me, Anakin? Padme had a frightened look on her face, when she looked up at Anakin.
He has ordered me to bring you back to Naboo, to take you straight to him . . . Padme, he wants me to kill you. If I dont do it, then he will do it himself. Anakin took her hands in his and held them.
Oh no, Ani, what are we going to do? So, now you are going to take me to him ,right? Padme looked up with tears in her eyes.
No, I will not have that bastard touch you. I am going to put you into hiding. Anakin got down on his knees, in front of her and pulled her into his arms, as she began to cry.
Twenty minutes later, Padme pulled away from Anakin, because she was all cried out.
The only place I can think of going to is Delaya. It reminds me of Naboo, and I have only been there twice before. I told Bail, if I could get a summer place or a place away from Naboo, then it would be Delaya. Padme wiped away the last of her tears.
Then, it is settled, we will go to Delaya. Have you told Telayah that we are leaving tomorrow? Anakin stood up, took off his robe and hung it across the back of the chair.
Yes and she is ready to leave with us. Well, I better get going. Padme stood up and began to walk towards the door.
Padme, dont leave me. I want you to stay the night with me. Anakin reached out and gently grabbed Padmes right arm and turned her around towards him.
Yes. You dont how long I have wanted to hear you ask me that question, since you came back to me. Padme smiled at him.
Anakin pulled Padme into his arms and began kissing her, as she took off her robe and let it fall to the floor. Anakin picked Padme up, carried her over to the bed and gently laid her down on the bed.
Anakin, I dont think we should Padme started to tell him, but she realized that he just laid down on the bed next to her.
Dont worry, all I want to do is hold you. Anakin pulled the covers over them, before pulling his wife into his arms and held her, as he drifted off to sleep.
Padme could tell that Anakin was now asleep, so she too closed her eyes and fell back to sleep.

They said goodbye, then Anakin led them up the bluff, to where the ship was located at. Once on board, Anakin and Rex got the ship up into the air. Once they were far from the planet, they went into hyperspace. Padme got a huge surprise, when they landed on Delaya. Waiting for them was Obi-Wan, Sabe and the twins. Little did they all know, that they were followed by the new Apprentice of the Emperor.
