Ripleys escape pod crash lands on a prison planet inhabited by murderers, theives and rapists. She is rescued by one of the inmates and is taken inside the prison to recover. After she wakes she discovers that Hicks, Newt and Bishop didnt survive the crash landing and were lying in the prison morgue. She is led to the E.E.V and is horrified to find a burn mark left by an alien on one of the cryo tubes. Ripley demands to see the bodies of Hicks and Newt and inspects the girl thoroughly. She is told that the girl drowned and there is no need for autopsy but she insists by reason of contaigen (Cholera) a cover story to make them let her see if the alien was inside Newt. All is well and it turns out Newt did drown, so the bodies were cremated in the refinery furnaces. Now ive seen 2 versions of this film, the first has the alien impregnated into a cow or ox, the second see's the prisons dog impregnated. Either way the alien bursts out and is running through the tunnels of a max security prison that has no weapons of any kind. Like the last two movies, the alien runs around, plucking the men off one by one, leaving Ripley still the only one who the alien wont kill. Ripley scans herself in the E.E.V scanner after feeling sick and finds she has an alien inside her. In the end, only Ripley and one other survivor is left and they drown the alien in molten steel. The Company arrives and want to take Ripley back to the ship and remove the alien for study, but Ripley refuses and throws herself into the firey furnace, taking her life and the life of the queen alien inside her... |
