Ingredients:

3oz. small, pre-cooked shrimp
1/4c. freshly cut wheat grass, finely chopped
1/3c. clam juice

No cooking required.

Break shrimp into small pieces. Mix shrimp, grass
and clam juice in a bowl. Makes a single serving.

Ingredients:

7oz. mashed sardines (2cans;drained)
1/4c. dry non-fat milk
1/4c. wheat germ

Preheat oven to 350F

Thoroughly mix ingredients together. Roll into
approximately 30 marble sized balls. Place on cookie
sheet treated with fat-free non-stick cooking spray.
Bake until brown, about 12-15 mins. Cool before removing.
Store cookies in air-tight container in refrigerator.

4oz. ground sirloin
3tbs. oatmeal
1 egg
1tbs. catnip

Kneed ingredients and form into a round ball.
Put on a cookie sheet and slightly flatten.
Broil under 425F for 8 mins.(4 mins each side)
or until crisp. Let cool 30 mins. Cut into bite sized pieces.
