NEVER SAY DIET AGAIN!
The miracles of healthy eating.

   We are living in a world of fast food, snack food and already prepared
food so is it any wonder our waist lines are expanding as quickly as the
industry?
        I have battled my weight for most of my adult life and I can tell you
beyond a shadow of a doubt that DIETS DON'T WORK!  Some think that
eating very little or not at all is one way to a smaller body.  Others think that
taking major components out of our daily diets is another way.  Then there
are those who think that powders, pills and drinks are the miracle answer but lets think about this on a rational level shall we?  Can you really live like this forever?  Of course you can't!  And that ladies and gentlemen is why the rate of gaining the weight back is so high. 
     I have not discovered any miracle weight loss system nor do I expect you to hit the gym for an unreasonable amount of time every single day!
Exercise is very good for you and that is no secret to any of us but lets face it, how many of us really follow thru with the membership after we make the purchase?  What I do have to offer you however is simply what I have learned from my own personal experience.  I am not charging any fee for my information nor am I expecting anything in return except perhaps an e-mail on your results after trying what I have learned.  My information is healthy and reviewed by a Diabetic consultant.  My father is a diabetic who was so far out of control that he had no idea how to take care of himself properly which is not uncommon.  I investigated the net and gathered all the information I could find on proper eating habits and within 3 months I was able to bring my fathers sugar level down from almost 500 to the normal range.  His doctor was so amazed that he wanted to see my notes!  The most amazing part of all this is that I realized early on that it was simply a matter of eating healthy and started feeding my whole family the same way I was feeding my father!  Within days I could see a noticable difference in how my family felt as well as how good I felt.  We all started loosing weight and I personally have been able to truly eat more in a days time then I have ever been able to eat.  Why you ask?  It's simple, it's a matter of what you are puting in your body for each meal as well as how much. 
     We are all doing an over kill on carbs and it's slowly killing us.  Eating to many carbs per day cause you to become slugish, tired, moody and overweight.  It clouds our minds and makes us feel foggy as well as interfers with our thought process.  I guarantee if you remove the refined sugars from your diet and eat the recommended amounts of carbs per day you will feel 100% better and YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT!  This is not a diet, diets don't work.....this is HEALTHY EATING at it's best!
