They are college students and working full time as well.   In 2010 I was recruited to build a lead generation/inside sales team for a managed application hosting company (data center services). After a successful three-year run, we helped to grow the company to a point where it was sold, and my position/team were eliminated by the new owners. (Yay us… it was bittersweet to say the least.)   Since then, I joined another firm another IT Firm and helped them implement and a similar practice. I left to accept a director of sales position for a financial services company, leading a larger team. I helped them to establish better analytics and a more structured sales approach, growing revenue despite significantly increased risk aversion.   In July, I accepted an offer from a former CEO, as his company had recently purchased a Tier III data center. I was brought on to assist with strategy, marketing, and sales. I work closely with our third-party marketing partner, and focus on acquiring net-new data center, contact center, and telecom clients.
