TANK BUILD DAY 3
Today I have to get the removed panel which will end up being the floor of the tank drilled …..
This will be for a tap I’m fitting so water changes will be just a simple process of turning the tap and draining it .(I like things to be simple).besides when your building it yourself you can take these sort of things into account ………
Great news the drilling went well I was worried about it cracking as it’s an old tank but its fine. As I took the sheet of glass to the glazier myself (who happens to know me well as I use the same company all the time for my other vivs) there was no charge .even better lol. Now I can fit it….
This is what it looks like now with the floor in place…..so far the cost has been £20.00 pounds for aquatic sealant.
