Bio: Cell v.2 is Cell's clone. The details are sort of sketchy as to how he originated, but the facts are, he's mean and he definitely has a grudge against Cell. For a while, he pretended to be Cell's friend only so he could get closer to Cell, Mecha Shadow, and Shadowgirl's crystals. His plans were barely realized in time, and Cell V.2 was killed. But at a price. In the process, Cell died too. Both him and Cell seem to have the ability to get more and more powerful after every fight they get in. He is Cell's #1 rival, and won't rest until Cell is dead too.
Who knows? Maybe Cell v.2 has a heart under all of that meanness...
Some people may think that Cell v.2 has been dead ever sense his last encounter with Cell. But the fact is that, Cell v.2 didn't die, merely fused with or, absorbed into Cell. At the time, Cell didn't have enough time to deal with Cell v.2 when he appeared to reek havoc. So, Cell did the only thing he could think of at the time. Cell v.2 is probably still in Cell's own heart, scheming, plotting, just waiting for his chance to get revenge.
Powers:
Although Cell v.2 is Cell's own clone, he has began to move away from the same techniques he had when he was first created. He leans more on an evilish side, so he tries to use more attacks thatuse dark energy.
He can also turn into a Super Saiyan and can go all the way up to level 5! He looks identical to Cell, and can mimic all of his attacks! He is pretty much at the same power level as Cell, but no one is quite certain... Even Cell and Cell V.2 themselves.
Known attacks:
Kamehameha - This is a huge mega blast that can annihilate almost anything. This is Cell v.2's Signature attack. Cell v.2 works on this attack alot, so it's alot different than Cell's now. He has modified it to the extent to where it now doesn't even take the same type of energy so, if Cell and Cell v.2 were to get into a contest with each other with this move, it would most likely end up in a stalemate.
Final Flash - It's another mega blast but it's not quite as powerful as the Kamehameha but easier to control. Cell v.2 has found this attack very useful on occation. If modified with a bit of dark energy, (Which
Cell can't use) it can become a fairly good technique.
Spirit Bomb - This is the only attack that Cell can use and Cell v.2 can't. He can't use it because only people with pure hearts can perform this powerful attack.
Soul Strike - He uses this attack with a sword that he carries with him. It will slice through almost anything. Cell v.2's Soul Strike isn't nearly as powerful as Cell's. Cell v.2 has a different sword than Cell's, and it makes it harder to focus energy with it. If Cell v.2 actually does use his sword, he puts more stength into the slashes rather than his energy.
Energy Shield - This shield is sort of like an updated version of the spirit shield. With this, he can have a barrier that protects against energy attacks, and allows him to breathe in space as long as his energy holds up! This is one extra that Cell v.2 has and Cell doesn't. Cell v.2 can use this at his lower levels. It only helps him at the beginning of a battle because it takes a very small amount of energy to use thus, it's not as effective. Cell puts more energy into it, thus, it's more effective for Cell around the middle of a battle.
Massengo - This is another fairly weak energy attack that's easier to control, but this one has an extra added ability. He can keep it up nonstop for a long while! It doesn't use up as much of his energy. This may be one of the only attacks that Cell and Cell v.2 agree on. They both think it's pretty much useless.
It also wouldn't be surprising if he had even darker attacks up in his arsenal.
