In Your Hands

I know You're here,
but I need to hear Your voice.
Things are unclear,
and I fear I have no choice.
My daughters need healing,
and I don't understand;
the prospects are chilling -
I can hardly stand...
So I put them in Your hands, O Lord;
I put them in Your hands, O Lord;
I put them in Your hands.

I know You heard
the doctors' own words that they
can't guarantee
my children will be okay.
My daughters need healing,
and I don't understand;
the prospects are chilling -
I can hardly stand...
So I put them in Your hands, O Lord;
I put them in Your hands, O Lord;
I put them in Your hands.

Now that it's done
and healing begun, I know
You heard my prayer
in the Vigil we shared, and so,
my daughters are well now,
and I more understand,
I can't always protect them
from the Pain in this Land...
So I put them in Your hands, O Lord;
I put them in Your hands, O Lord;
I put them in Your hands.
