Writings of Demonic Abuse

Sight
Deep sight
Glowing visions
Of glowing energy
Shifting the Veil
Just enough
To see
Beyond the world
Into the Twilight Myst
Luminous gray mist
Where Others lived
Unseen to most
Clean and unclean
They breathed in the dark
They fed in the dark
They hid in the dark
But to me
It was all bright as day.

***

Touch
Like a whispered threat
Brushes
Across my mind
And skin
Wants to get in
Not to become my death
But to become my breath.
Such howling
Unheard
Beyond the Word
He spoke –
Such ripping
Inside
Though I didn’t die,
I broke.

***

Demons
See them
Flowing about the people
Like the curious current
Of raw sewage
At the lake’s edge –
Everyone
Pretends nothing’s happening
If nothing’s happening
To them.

***

They flow
Nonchalantly
Into people’s mouths
And eyes
And breath –
Their energy glows with
Insolent
And indolent
Death.

***

Dark magician,
By whatever reason
You steer this course,
Will you never ever
Feel remorse?

***

Darkness
Untouched
Unlit
By moon or stars;
Darkness
Perched
On a branch…
Waiting.

***

Who knew this?
Who knows this?
Who will ever know?
Their minds
Are veiled and blind
In the stagnant flow
Of fear.

***

Let go
Let me go
There is no reason;
Yes, he replies,
There is no reason…
Here.

***

Subtle shadows
Slyly glowing
On the corners
Of the wooded space;
Subtle shadows
Slyly glowing
On the corners
Of his wooden face.

***

Sleight-of-hand
And flesh is riven;
Blood on the land –
A life is given.

***

Demons taunt me
Flaunt their tricks
And cunning maneuvers –
Cannot touch me
But make me sick…
And laugh like hyenas.

***

Brave one
This demon
Comes close
Draws a talon
Down my cheek
Winks
Before he vanishes
Before he is vanquished
By Angels
Standing near.
