Hill Crest Heights Equestrian Center
HCHEC specializes in breeding warmbloods, common
breeds, and drafts. I currently have 32 acres,
but I am always willing to expand. I have miles
of trails and a few cross-country courses for
practice. I have 3 arenas and 3 pastures. I
also have 2 feed and tack rooms and 1 sale
barn.
HCHEC is the ultimate horse facility around and
is now a boarding barn. I have three main barns,
each has 24 stalls in all. The stalls are 14ft x
12ft and have there own runs. One barn is for my
stallions. The second is for mares to foal in
and the third is for geldings, yearlings, ect.
We have 3 main pastures, our first is for mares
and foals which is about 8 acres, the second for
geldings, yearlings, ect., it is also about 8
acres, and the last for stallions, which is 8
acres, also. The stallions pasturn is divide up
into sections to prevent fights.
We also have 3 main arenas, the first is for
jumping (indoor, 250 x 300), the second for
dressage (indoor, 200 x 150), and the last for
western/pleasure riding (outdoor, 200 x 150).
The cross-country course is around 7 miles long
but has jumps for beginners, intermidiate, and
advanced riders.
For my boarders, these are some simple boarding plans for u and your horse.
Plan #1:
Pasture board- The horse(s) is/ are checked on
everyday and has water at all times. The horse(s)
will be fed in the morning and evening. The
horses food will depend on the owner. An exercise
rider will be provided if u want.
Total a sim year: $200
Plan #2:
Stall board- Stall will always have water and be
clean. The horse(s) will get fed twice a day,
morning and evening. The horses food will depend
on the owner. An exercise rider can be provided
if needed.
Total a sim year: $400
Plan #3:
Half Stall Half Pasture- The horse(s) is/ are let
out in the morning/ evening, which ever u prefer
and will be put back in the stall in the morning/
evening, again which ever the owner prefers. An
excerise rider can be provided if needed.
Total a sim year: $300
