Tank Stats
- Tank 6'x2'x2'
- Sump housing heaters, float valve and DIY Skimmer
- Co-Current Skimmer 900mm tall twin reaction chambers run by a Laguna 2000 and Resun LP20 air pump.
- Refugium lit by 2 x 48watt 5000K Power compact globes, primary purposes are Denitrification and pod production, fuge is connected to sump via 50mm bulkheads. Fuge has both Caulerpa Taxifolia (harvested at regular intervals and LR rubble
- 110kgs of Live Rock in main tank
- Main tank lit by 3 x 150watt Metal Halides (corallights 14000k lamps), 2 x 10000k NO fluros and 2 x actinic. Total= 600watts
- 4 Inch deep sand bed main tank (approx 100kgs)
- Tank circulation approx 24 times an hour provided by Tunze 6080, Aquaclear 901, Rio 1400 and Rio 600.
- 4 stage RO/DI for top up water
- 15% fortnightly water changes (NSW)
