Due to the fact that it is strictly damn near impossible to
give an online game one set review, I decided not to do one but to
just talk about what I think of the game so far.

The first day of launch was, I'll admit, pretty rough. All
the servers were down and no one had a hope in the world of creating
an account. Too much bandwidth with everyone logging in at one time
caused the login server to crash. However, once this was taken care
of the next day things got a lot more interesting.
I am pleased to say that the character customization screen
is every bit as engaging as it was mentioned to be. My avatar was
crafted to look almost exactly like me save for the green eyes ^_^.
In any case you're able to adjust the height, weight, eye color, hair
type etc. By the time you’re done you'll have yourself a personalized
character. All that remains after that is a profession to start off
with. I chose the profession of Marksman since I like to shoot stuff
that moves O_O haha. After that you log into your galaxy and it's
time to get into the game.
I'll admit there's been a few things that were grating at
first such as losing all your weapons upon a character's death,
people acting too stuck up to speak to you and that type of thing but
I can assure that after nearly a month of the game being out a lot o
that has been fleshed out. Many have gotten a great feel for the game
and have moved on to master hybrid professions.
Battle in the game is fairly unique. You target whichever enemy it is
you wish to fight, double click or hold the mouse button down and
toggle attack, and the music begins. You have the choice of using
your hotkeys to do special attacks which have benefits and negatives
such as losing action points or mind points, that type of thing.
You're able to attack while on one knee, on your stomach, standing
up, running, etc. These too also have pluses and minuses about them.
Most of the game does not bridge just upon fighting as in
some profession such as an entertainer you will hardly fight at all,
then again most likely you won’t fight period. You gain your exp in
that profession simply by dancing or playing music in the cantinas.
It looks boring but I can say most people who've stuck with it are
having fun and have even booked play times in different cantinas
across the galaxy. I got to experience an amazing group when they
played on Tattooine last night, it was a good performance.
Graphics seem to be high standard and enjoyable, as does the
music (The little that there is).
Community wise this is probably the best fun you'll have.
People have started building villages and naming them. They've
constructed shops for selling weapons or materials needed to craft
such equipment. The list can go on. It's amazing how this game is
like its own living breathing world. You can also group up with
people and go on hunts. One famous hunt on Tattoine happens to be the
Tusken Raider Stronghold. It's really amazing when you can have
nineteen people with you and all of you get slaughtered one by one.
Bodies drop left and right as you're ambushed. Haha, word to the
wise, never go there unless the people you're with are powerful!
Still it's fun to go for.

Economy in the game seems to be player driven. The way it
works is once you have something crafted you can put it up for sale
at a Bazaar terminal, or, if you have a vendor machine in your home
you can put it up for sale there. A few items I've put in the bazaar
have sold well so it's not a bad deal. You also get money through
missions which offer a decent penny for destroy type missions.
Though, they can be a bit hard. It's usually better to do a mission
with at least two or three other people so you can help one another
out.

Ah yeah and that's another thing, did you know you can sell
drugs on this game? Your character will actually after taking them,
get sick and puke and hunch over coughing. It's funny. Happened to me
on my tusken raid. Never took em again, but who's to say I can't sell
any to some hype who's addicted, lol.

So far I'm very impressed with this game. The minor incidents
that need to be worked out are a number, but the DEVs seem to have
that under control. I definitely would say player mounts or vehicles
should be the first new patch add on they put in as traversing a
planet back and forth can be tiresome and dangerous. And this is only
just one planet. They're huge!! I'm sure Magus will probably explain
more with this as he's probably been to some of the other planets. My
character's debating on going back to Naboo. Also, some towns in the
game are horrible with Lag and your character will be slowly
stuttering his way through town just to get to a medical facility.
Some missions have been broken, there's also been a problem with
corpses not having the items left on it with them anymore, they just
vanished. However, again the DEVs are working on this. The corpse
item disappearance has had a temporary fix until further notice
where if you die you retain your items. Later on, though that wont be
the case so we'd better suck it up till then. Other then that I'm
enjoying the game and very sure it will continue to grow as it moves
along.

My impression of the game so far 8.0 out of a 10 and I'm sure this
will increase in the months ahead
