Enemy Skills

These are all the enemy skills that can be learnt in FF7. I have listed them in the order they are on the E-Skill Materia.
Star 1	FROG SONG
MP cost	5
Effect	Causes Frog and Sleep to single target
Location Found	Forest near Gongaga Village
Enemy	"Touch Me" (Frog) Can be manipulated.
Star 2	L4 SUICIDE
MP cost	10
Effect	Causes Critical to all enemies with a Level that is a multiple of 4. Can also cause mini.
Location Found	Chocobo Farm area.
Enemy	"Mu" (Squirrels in holes) Cannot be manipulated
Star 3	MAGIC HAMMER
MP cost	3
Effect	Drains up to 100MP from an enemy
Location Found	Wutai grass area
Enemy	"Razor Weed" Can be manipulated
Star 4	WHITE WIND
MP cost	34
Effect	Restores HP and status to all allies. Depends on HP of caster
Location Found	Junon area and when you get hit by the wind in the Northern Crater (Disc 2)
Enemy	"Zemzellet" Can be manipulated. "Wind Wing" Cannot be manipulated
Star 5	BIG GUARD
MP cost	56
Effect	Casts Wall and Haste on all allies
Location Found	Gongaga Beach
Enemy	"Beach Plug" Can be manipulated
Star 6	ANGEL WHISPER
MP cost	50
Effect	Revives, removes statuses and restores one allies HP to whatever the caster has
Location Found	Northern Crater
Enemy	"Polan Solita" (Women in yellow swimsuits) Can be manipulated
Star 7	DRAGON FORCE
MP cost	19
Effect	Increases targets Physical and Magic Defence
Location Found	Northern Crater (Disc 3)
Enemy	"Dark Dragon" Can be manipulated
Star 8	DEATH FORCE
MP cost	3
Effect	Makes target resistant to Instant Death attacks
Location Found	Wutai beaches
Enemy	"Adamantai" (Big Tortoise) Can be manipulated
Star 9	FLAME THROWER
MP cost	10
Effect	Causes fire damage to single target
Location Found	Mythrill Mine and room inside the door behind the Nibelheim reactor
Enemy	"Archdragon" and "Dragon" Both can be manipulated
Star 10	LASER

Effect	Halves targets HP (Not Bosses)
Location Found	Corel Prison and Northern Crater (Disc 3)
Enemy	"Death Claw" and "Dark Dragon" Both can be manipulated
Star 11	MATRA MAGIC
MP cost	8
Effect	Missiles are fired to cause magic damage to all enemies
Location Found	Midgar area and Junon Underwater Reactor
Enemy	"Custom Sweeper" and the robot type enemies with wheels in Junon's reactor. "Custom Sweeper" can be manipulated
Star 12	BAD BREATH
MP cost	58
Effect	Causes Confu, Frog, Silence, Poison, Sleep and Mini on all enemies
Location Found	Ledges on outside of Gaia's Cliff (Disc 2) or Northern Crater (Disc 3)
Enemy	"Molbor" (Big-mouthed plants) Cannot be manipulated

Effect	A mushroom cloud hits all enemies to cause fire elemental damage
Location Found	Swamp near Chocobo Farm
Enemy	"Midgar Zolom" Cannot be manipulated
Star 14	AQUALUNG
MP cost	34
Effect	Bubbles hit all enemies for water elemental damage
Location Found	Sunken Gelnika Plane (Disc 2 onwards) and desert near Gold Saucer
Enemy	"Serpent" and "Harpy" (3-headed bird type creature) Harpy can be manipulated. Can also be learned from the Jenova in Forgotten Capital
Star 15	TRINE
MP cost	20
Effect	A double pyramid hits all enemies for lightening elemental damamge
Location Found	Wutai Pagoda (Top floor), pipe room near Nibelheim reactor and inside Gaia's Cliff
Enemy	"Godo", "Materia Keeper" and "Stilva" None can be manipulated
Star 16	MAGIC BREATH
MP cost	75
Effect	Multi-coloured bubbles hit all enemies for Fire/Ice/Lightening elemental damage
Location Found	Inside Gaia's Cliff and Northern Crater
Enemy	"Stilva" and "Parasite" Parasite can be manipulated

Effect	A weight falls on the target and causes same amount of damage as the caster has received in that battle
Location Found	Nibelheim Mansion and Return to Midgar
Enemy	"Jersey" and "Behemoth" None can be manipulated
Star 18	GOBLIN PUNCH
MP cost	0
Effect	Single target is hit for physical damage
Location Found	Goblin Island (The only forested island on the North-East of the World Map)
Enemy	"Goblin" Can be manipulated
Star 19	CHOCOBUCKLE
MP cost	3
Effect	A fat chocobo falls from the sky and hits a single target
Location Found	Near Chocobo Farm and Mideel
Enemy	Need L4 SUICIDE and Mimett Greens (buy from Chocobo farm). Get into a battle with a chocobo that has a level which is a multiple of 4 (these are located near Chocobo Farm and Mideel. Then feed the Chocobo the Mimett Greens and cast L4 SUICIDE. It will counter with CHOCOBUCKLE
Star 20	L5 DEATH

Effect	All enemies with a level that is a multiple of 5 die
Location Found	Northern Crater
Enemy	"Parasite" Can be manipulated
Star 21	DEATH SENTENCE
MP cost	10
Effect	Target has 60 seconds to live
Location Found	Area near Forgotten Capital (Not World Map)
Enemy	"Bound Fat" Can be manipulated

Effect	A randomly chosen character, enemy or ally, is killed
Location Found	Northern Crater
Enemy	"Death Dealer" Can be manipulated

Effect	A black flare causes high physical damage to single target
Location Found	"Northern Crater"
Enemy	"Dragon Zombie" Cannot be manipulated. It is also Ultima Weapon's Final Attack, but it has to be beaten over Cosmo Canyon
