March 3, 5:59 am - My mouth has been hurting like hell the last few days. I think my wisdom teeth are trying to tell me something. I've been doing my best to ignore the havoc-reeking bastards, but apparently it's not working very well. I guess a call to the stupid dentist is in order. I can hardly wait to hear how much this is going to cost. Why is it that the minute I even think about getting out of debt, something really fucking expensive comes along and blows the whole plan to shit?March 12, 9:06 pm - I couldn't resist the urge any longer, had to have the Evanescence cd. After listening to the entire album, I can honestly say that I like every track, which rarely happens. It was totally worth the fifteen bucks I paid and I highly recommend picking up a copy the next time you're at the store.
March 17, 12:06 am - Happy St. Patrick's Day!
March 25, 6:15 am - My birthday is coming up in a few days. I'll be turning the big 2-0. I'm hoping to have a pinochle party at my Grandma's house to celebrate. Pizza and ice-cream for everybody!
March 28, 12:41 am - Happy Birthday to me! Happy Birthday to me! Happy Birthday, dear me! Happy Birthday to me! Yup, the big day has finally arrived. I still don't know for sure what the plans are for today. However, I do know that lots and lots of cake-eating and present-opening are on the agenda!
March 29, 2:01 pm - I had a really nice day yesterday. It started off at work where I received a present from one of my favorite customers. She gave me an awesome set of butterfly stationary and a brass butterfly bookmark. After work, I had to make a quick trip to the doctor to get my thyroid checked and to find out whether the tooth/ear pain I've been experiencing is related to a sinus or ear infection. It turned out to be neither. I won't know the results of my thyroid test until Monday. After the doctor, I went home and opened presents. Unwrapping all those gifts made me hungry, so Mom and I decided to make a special trip to Emmett just so we could eat at Roe-Ann. The food was great, as usual. Next, we drove back over to Boise and stopped at the new Camille Beckman store on Highway 44, where I spent entirely too much dough on scented lotions and sprays. After Camille's, we went to Hollywood Video and rented a bunch of movies. Then we drove home, got in our pj's, and watched Maid in Manhattan. Dad came over later in the evening and visited. After he left, Mom and I were both tired and decided it was bedtime. And there you have it, another birthday in the books.
