Nature Area
by Barbara Leeper

With spring coming, the Nature Area crew is preparing to greet our visitors on Thursdays from 6-8 PM , and Saturdays from 10 AM-2 PM beginning April 2.
Hosts are needed for the 10 AM to noon and noon to 2 PM shifts. Call Barbara Leeper 675-6294 if you are available to help.

Glimpses of deer, mink and Eastern Fox Snakes await you from our lookouts, trails, and observation deck. Spring migrations of songbirds should provide nest-building behaviors to observe, not only in the trees, but also on the newly restored shoreline.

Come and help create and improve this lovely part of Grosse Ile. Bring your group for a special opening by arrangement.
