Below are three of my skins created for icq 2002a. In order to use them, you'll need icq plus which can be found here
I do intend to make more skins, which are created using psp 7.04. If you find any you like either now, or down the road, just click on the image anywhere to get the zip containing the files, and just place them in your icqplus skins folder. No need to unzip them, icq plus draws directly from the zip file.
