Ai Yori Aoshi Review

This anime has a new fresh feeling paired with a classic story. Boy and girl meet when they are younger, boy and girl fall in love at that young age, then boy and girl are separated and don't meet up until many years later. This one has it's ups and down all over the place. Expect a good tear jerker when watching the whole series.

As Lady Aoi sets out to Tokyo to find her long lost love Kaoru, that she knew as a child, she bumps into a boy at the train station resembling what she remembered Kaoru to be. Although she did not notice until much later that it actually was Kaoru, she still asked the boy for help in finding "her friend". After Aoi finally figures out that this boy is actually the man she had been looking for she falls in love with him all over again only to discover that during the many years they were apart Kaoru had made a lot of other female friends. Will they one day live together happily as they both want or will these other girls keep them from each other?
