GO NAVY

Welcome to my World.

       I was born in North Carolina in 1971 my father was in the U.S. Navy for twenty years so I moved around several times growing up. After I finished high school I joined the Navy to do my part and serve my country as every red blooded American should. I was stationed on the U.S.S. Kittiwake ASR 13 (Auxiliary Submarine Rescue) at Norfolk VA. in the early 90's as an Engineman. The Kittiwake is a submarine rescue vessel, it was used for salvage of downed aircraft like TWA flight 800 and downed submarines like the U.S.S.R. Kursk. It was decommissioned in 1994 before either of these accidents happened but it would have been used for that type of mission. I got out on a medical discharge because I blew my knee out defending my countries honor in a ships softball game in Coco Beach FL. and now I get a pension from my old rich uncle Sam.  I got married while I was in the service and 5 years later I got divorced. I have two awesome children that live with me full time and I love them with all my heart. I later went to work for the North Carolina Department of Corrections as a segregation officer. While I was working for NCDOC I was on the P.E.R.T. team (Prison Emergency Response Team) which is basically a Prison S.W.A.T. team. After I blew my other knee out doing some training in hostage negotiation and building entry I decided to pursue other interests. I have always been good with art and when I got a computer back in 1996 I found out that I could create awesome art work using programs like Adobe Photo Shop. I later started contracting myself out to companies for custom graphic design work and then  I was off and running. Now I have decided to return to school to finish my degree in Network Administration and Information Systems and Technology I will be finished with it in May 2003. Well that's my history in a nut-shell.
