Absolutely Normal Chaos
Sunday 18 June 2004 What's happening on Penn's campus? Last year they were painting High Rise North (aka Hamilton) an ugly green, and now they are painting High Rise South (aka Harrison) a very interesting shade of purple. I think at this rate I'm going to go blind from the different high rises! At least my new apartment doesn't face the towers, but rather the street. What were those exterior designers thinking? Don't ask me, I just can't help but gawking every time I see those windows! In other news, well, there is no other news for now. I'm here in Philly for the summer, again, this time doing oncogenetics research, mainly on neuroblastoma, and just reading a little Jeffery Deaver every now and then when I get the chance. Of course, that's what I get for staying at school over the summer. No one's around, figures. [hint, hint... :) ]
And now the intro... Hey everybody, how's it going? It's my first real webpage, so you'll have to give me some room here...hehe. Seriously, HTML is a pain in the behind, and it took me freakin' forever to learn these stinkin' commands. So yeah, engineering majors, if you wanna rant, go ahead, but if you aren't an engineering or computer science person and STILL wanna rant, I suggest you learn HTML BEFORE you rant... For those of you that don't know me very well, I'm in my junior year at the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in anthropology and biology. Hobbies include playing sports, music, hanging with friends, bashing anyone on campus who lives on the second floor of...okay, that was a joke (you know who you are, you know I luv ya guys)...seriously, I'm game almost for anything. My life is crazy as it is with school, work, blah, blah, blah, life must go on...so basically, I'll do just about anything to get my mind off the continuing stress of today's world....we'll have to see...if any of you are around this summer or on the weekends, drop me a line, I'd love to hang around! If only my life weren't total chaos...That's right...as Jerri Manthey from Survivor said, "The ultimate order lies in chaos." Sad but true... Well, by now, you're all probably thinking, "cut the crap"....so without further ado...

Well, this is the story of my life. I'm a free, spirited college student, always up for fun, although many could argue that I'd more likely to be found either banging my head in Harnwell (why do I choose the hard way of life??) or torturing my friends on the second floor of Mayer...

Well, it's no small wonder that I enjoy listening to bands such as Alanis or the Red Hot Chili Peppers and as far as sports go, I'm always rootin' for the Braves, aka
America's Team or my very own college teams. Yay for
Penn Pride, go Quakers! My most favourite films include the Lord of the Rings Trilogy wihout a doubt and others such as Ferris Bueller's Day Off and Stepmom, as well as The Princess Bride and The Matrix trilogy as well.
