Life of a picture
“A picture is worth a thousand words,” is a common phrase that we have heard numerous times. Many pictures and paintings can create images and opinions in people all over the world. Sometimes a picture can take you to places and help you see what is really beautiful. A painting that would cause for happiness, peace, and love would be worth a million words. With all the violence, the terrorism, the war, the hunger and pain that people suffer today, it seems impossible that there would be peace in the world. People everywhere need to realize and appreciate that life is precious and there is only so much that we can have. If there were no one else in the world but you, what would you have to live for? Being healthy and well is much more important than having thousands of dollars in your account. Money will always be around, but you cannot always see your family, your loved ones. A person dies everyday, and that person was loved by somebody. That somebody would rather have that person back, than all the riches in the world. Material things are not what is important, love and family is. It is important to be thankful for each other and for the nature around us that gives us life. If I were to paint a picture that conveyed on an important idea in the world we live, I would paint it so that people would realize the importance of living your life with the ones you love. I'd paint it so that people would be thankful for our natural surroundings that give us life. My picture would include all my family, all our celebrations and all our happiness and love. It would show what is really important and what really matters. That is what I would paint!!
