2 Deek Salsa

Yield = 2 medium jars

Ingredients

 

8 tomatoes

1 large white onion

1/4 bunch cilantro

1 jalapeno pepper

1.5 green habanero peppers

1 serrano pepper

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon salt

Sprinkle of Thai seasoning

Juice of 1 lemon

Juice of 1 lime 

1 teaspoon garlic powder

 

Boil peppers, tomatoes, and onion until the skins on the tomatoes start to split.  Remove tomatoes, continue cooking the onion and peppers for 5 minutes.  Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend to rough consistency.  Chill and serve.
