A bizarre individual to say the least. Brooksbanker is a pedophile who was once arrested for molesting children. He was suppose to be a referee and referee only, but since he screwed Tyler Casson, no pun intended, out of the IC title he was forced to be a wrestler. He injured Tyler by throwing him against a Hell in a Cell cage. He later found a partnership with the late Pritch E. Pritchard and won the Tag Team titles from Mike Lazoen and Hades. However, that tag team was put to waste as Pritch betrayed his team and cost Brooksbanker the tag titles against Johnny Banks and Gemini Drake.

In 2001, Brooksbanker joined the EWF with Rob Van Dam, forming the New Blood group with associates being Stephanie McMahon, the Natural Born Thrillers (Kristin, Kronik, Hades, Jared Jindrak, Mark Jindrak, Shawn Stasiak, Steven Richards), Shoes, and the ICP. However, Brooksbanker was fired from the EWF do to anger control problems.

Brooksbanker rejoined the WWF with Stephanie McMahon in 2002, members being Tatanka, the Insane Clown Posse, Val Venis, the Legion of Doom, and Rob Zombie. Sadly for him, he lost a match against Willie at the Royal Rumble 2002 and was fired. But Matt McQuality, son of Rod McQuality, overrode the stipulation and brought Brooksbanker and his team back, forming the nWo. Unfortunately, D-X overthrew the nWo and Brooksbanker and Stephanie were stuck as singles wrestlers. It was then later that Brooksbanker won the IC title off of the Dark Angel.

Brooksbanker rejoined the WWF in 2004 and is currently recovering from a colon injury that Chris Jericho gave him.
