Our current swap is a Yellow,
Step 1: E-mail the hostess
Please e-mail me
at Sweetpea_168@yahoo.com if you
are interested in joining this swap. After the hostess receives your
e-mail, you will receive a message with the snail address to send your fabric.
Step 2: Colors
The colors for this swap are yellow, orange, red and brown.
Step 3: Fabrics
All fabrics for exchange must be 100% cotton, pre-washed, odor-free and ironed.
Step 4: Preparing your fabric for swapping
All fabrics should be cut to 22”x18” rectangles and placed in an individual baggie. You can swap anywhere from 5 to 20 baggies of fabric. Please include your name, full address and email with each baggie.
Step 5: Mailing your swap
Please place all your baggies in a large ziploc bag marked with your name, address and the number of baggies you have inside.
In a tyvek evelope, place your ziploc bag with your baggies and a return envelope that is self-addressed and stamped with enough postage. If you are in the US, the post office has tyvek priorty mail envelopes that are free.
All packages must be received by July 25, 2003.
Step 6: E-mail the hostess again
Please email me again at Sweetpea_168@yahoo.com to let know the day that you sent your package and the number of baggies that you have sent. Once I have received your package, I will e-mail you to let you know that it has arrived.
The hostess will swap the baggies and mail out your packages by August 2, 2003. Once the packages have been mailed, you will receive an e-mail notification.
**The hostess reserves the right to return and unswapped baggies that do not match the theme of the swap or are otherwise unsuitable for swapping.
