Aluminum Can Recycling

Hello, and thank for coming to this website. By coming to this site it means the you are aware of the Earth's environmental, and you want to be part of the solution and not the problem. At Piedmont open IB Middle School, Charlotte NC We have started a Aluminum Can Recycling program. The four of us have identified the waste of thousands of cans being thrown away in the school cafeteria every month. We with the help of our science teacher and the custodians were able to set up a trash can in the cafeteria especially for empty aluminum cans. Every day after the lunches, we take the cans to the recycling bin. We hope to keep this recycling program successful for many years. ~~*****~~ On to another point.....You can set up your own recycling program at your school with the steps in this site. Recycling is beneficial to EVERYONE.
