Azuma Hijikata is a candidate instructor at GOA. We don't know very much about him except the fact that he used to be a pilot. He seems to have some sort of "relationship" with Dr.Rill. But anything that goes on between them, isn't clearly stated. It's probably safe to assume, though.^^ Azuma is a pretty laid back character yet he's very strict and he knows how to keep the candidates in line.
