Nick Stryder: "Hello folks, My name is Nick Stryder and recently I tried out for the TWF, but they thought my talents would be better as announcer than wrestler. So I took the opportunity they offered and here I am giving you the Dark Match report."
I originally had to give you two dark matches but seeing as Huang Feilang had some problems acquiring her VISA to work in the states. Her match with Christina “Razor” Lockhart was scratched from the line up. So without further ado. Let’s get to the tag team action, and what action is was.
Having two former RWF superstars, “American Sweetheart” Dani Guthrie and “The Cerebral Hitman” Fred Debonair taking on the former Big Sky superstar, Renegade, and the unknown man called Grinnin. Now the match started of with Grinnin and Dani. Grinnin quickly tried to use his power advantage on Dani, but her speed and uncanny knack for balance allowed her to keep one step a head of Grinnin in early minutes of the match. Dani tried to finish the match off early for her team with high cross body block, but Grinnin caught her in mid air and slammed her down with nasty power slam. Grinnin could have probably gotten the pin right there, but instead chose to showboat a little to fans allowing Dani to quickly tag her partner, Debonair.
Debonair quickly came and cleaned Grinnin’s clock with huge running clothesline, but “The Cerebral Hitman” didn’t stop there for he followed up with some mean stomps to body of Grinnin. Renegade tried to get involved in the match, but the referee was quick to put Renegade back to the apron. Which allowed for Dani and Debonair to do a beautiful double team move, super kick into release German suplex, behind the referee’s back. Dani followed up the double team with a pin, but only got a two count.
Dani then tried for Irish Whip, but Grinnin used his power to reverse it. As Dani bounced off the ropes, Grinnin caught Dani with a massive Spinebuster that surely knocked the wind out Dani, and allowed Grinnin to make the tag to Renegade. Once Renegade entered the ring he quickly started cleaning the ring with Dani and Debonair by nailing a pair clotheslines on each, followed by a pair of big boots to each of them.
Now folks, here comes the real shocker of the match, while Renegade had his match in control. Grinnin came in to help out his partner. Renegade was working over Debonair in the corner; So Grinnin went after Dani and had her setup for his patented Gobsmacker finisher. When out nowhere Renegade nails on Running Yakuza Kick on his own partner to prevent Grinnin’s move from happening on Dani. From there, Renegade just left the ring. Leaving Grinnin all alone with Debonair and Dani.
Grinnin tried to mount an offense against Debonair and Dani, but the two on one onslaught was just too much for him. Debonair finally finished Grinnin off at 4 minute mark with his Cerebral Vortex, but to add even more insult to the move. While Debonair had Grinnin positioned in his Cerebral Vortex, Dani nailed the unprotected Grinnin with low blow forearm shot, before Debonair drove Grinnin to the mat to get the 1… 2… 3…
Well folks, that is about it for the Dark Match report, Now sit back and enjoy the number one rated show on Monday Nights, Monday Night Rising, and don’t forget to order ‘Clash of Titans’ on PPV.
**The arena lights go dark. We hear the lyrics of "All My Life" by the Foo Fighters pounds through the arena speakers.**
**The sellout crowd is on its feet, hollering and screaming as the camera pans across the arena. Various signs are seen in the crowd**
"It's NOT MY FAULT!"
"Atayla, Hell Awaits You!"
"A Third Generation Champion is the Greatest Champion"
"I Was Hit By Willy's Van"
"McKormick and Brujah, ruthlessly aggressive!"
"Newcastle United All the Way!"
**Fireworks go off, as the pyrotechnic show on the stage turns the Key Arena into a spectrum of colors. The camera pans once more across the front row seats, as the fans continue to stand, screaming as the camera catches them on television. The camera then switches to a close up of the announce team of Nick Page and Shawna Johnson.**
Nick Page: "Thank you very much fans, and welcome to another great Monday night. I'm Nick Page alongside the lovely and talented Shawna Johnson."
Shawna Johnson: "You're too kind Nick. We're coming live straight out of Charm City on the last televised broadcast before the epic, Clash of the Titans, Nick, what can we expect to see here tonight."
Nick Page: "Well Shawna we're going into Clash with almost no idea of who or what we'll see there, no doubt in my mind that Raven Starr as well as ALL the superstars here tonight will be trying to bill themselves on that card, and that could mean a lot of intense action."
Shawna Johnson: "No doubt there, as if last week wasn't intense enough. We do know one match you'll be seeing at Clash of the Titans and that is the 3 stages of Hell match between Triple6 and Stephanie McKinney."
Nick Page: "And for those of you who can't wait until April sixth to get your fill of hardcore tonight Brujah defends his Generation strap against Snake-eyes in a Clockwork Orange House of Fun match. Just the name itself should tell you how brutal this match will be."
Shawna Johnson: "But first, we've got TWF newcomer Willy "the King" Beaumont taking on Atayla's slave, MVP in our opening match."
Irv Coyner: “This match is scheduled for one fall introducing first from Bay City, Michigan, weighing two hundred and thirty seven pounds. M V P. Marc Vaughn Pearson!”
Irv Coyner: “And his opponent from the "Elvis world" theme park, weighing 257lbs. Willy.. THE KING.. Beaumont!”
Nick Page: "MVP starting this one off early. MVP steps back and whips off his trench coat, Willy in the corner on his knee cowering, and reaching out for anything to grab onto, MVP evilly laughing at the sight, who then walks over and picks Willy and backs him into the corner once again, putting his hands up Willy begging for MVP not to hurt him, but MVP grins in pure delight, as he open hand chops the chest of Beaumont, getting a wooooo from the crowd, MVP does it again, and you can hear the stinging of the palm on Beaumont's chest, MVP this times takes the top of the jumpsuit and yanks it down around the arms of Beaumont, Beaumont now trapped with his arms stuck in the corner, MVP now takes a hand spits into it rubs it in with his other, rears back and another vicious chop to the chest of Beaumont, who dancing around in pain but is unable to go anywhere."
Shawna Johnson: "MVP really showing up "The King". MVP looks more like the King in that ring now." Nick Price: "MVP off the ropes now and Bulldog on Beaumont. Cover by MVP."
Nick Page: "Phineas has finally rolled out of the ring as MVP picks up Willy again, but Willy hooks MVP's legs and has him up for a Samoan Drop and takes him down. Willy off the ropes and does a little dance before he drops a elbow right to the sternum of MVP."
Shawna Johnson: "This man is just all class, he's checking out his hair now to see if it's right."
Nick Page: "Willy picks MVP back up and whips him at the ropes, he goes for a clothesline but MVP ducks under it comes off the ropes behind him and as willy looks behind him MVP comes back with a spinning heel kick making "The King" hit the floor with a thud."
Shawna Johnson: "Just when you think MVP is down he just keeps on getting back up."
Nick Price: "MVP quickly runs at the ropes for a springboard moonsault but before he can hit it, Willy moves out of the way sending MVP crashing into the matt. Willy signaling to the crowd now as he grabs MVP's foot and.. Return to Sender! He has MVP locked in!"
Shawna Johnson: "MVP's laughing?.. what the hell is this? Shouldn't he be in pain?"
Nick Page: "I think Willy looks as confused as us. He pulls more pressure onto the foot of MVP but to no reaction from the laughing MVP but all of a sudden he has gone serious and now he uses his free foot to kick the face of Willy Beaumont. Willy releasing the hold, holding his face, MVP Quickly to his feet, Beaumont turns around only to be met by a spinning heel kick taking Beaumont down."
Shawna Johnson: "I can't believe that move had little to no effect on MVP. The man's just psycho!"
Nick Page: "What’s he doing now?. MVP going outside of the ring and he's getting a chair he better not be using that chair on Willy Beaumont or he will be Disqualified!"
Shawna Johnson: "Looks like just that Nick, he has a mic as well, looks like he has something to say.."
MVP: "HUNTER! HUNTER! I WANT MY ANSWER! WHERE'S MY ANSWER? I WANT YOU AND ME AT THE CLASH. YOU MAKE THE MATCH. I'LL BE THERE. Now as for you your highness, the TWF really pissed me off this week putting me against you. I'm getting ready for the Icon of Hardcore, and they put me against the Icon of bore and snore? What were they thinking? I need to face guys like Demise, Brujah, Snake Eyes, and yes even Triple6, not you. So you know what? I'M FINISHED WITH YOU!"
Nick Price: “MVP is going to hit Beaumont who is just getting back up to his feet with the chair but the referee goes to grab the chair off MVP. MVP rips it off the ref, taps the mat, rears back and nails the King with a chair shot, but he's not done yet, he takes the chair, rears back and nails the King again who is now busted open, the ref rings the bell disqualifying MVP, he tosses the chair down and walks out.”
Shawna Johnson: “What the hell is MVP doing?. He just cost himself the match?”
Irv Coyner: “As a result of a Disqualification your winner is Willy "The King" Beaumont!”
Irv Coyner: “This next contest is scheduled for one fall and is a tag team match. Introducing first weighing in at total combined weight of four hundred and sixty pounds. K MCKORMICK and STEVEN “HUNTER” HEARST!”
**"Keep it Comin’" by Uncle Kracker hits the PA and smoke rolls out onto the stage as K walks through the curtain. The crowd cheers as he runs from one end of the stage to the other as he poses for the crowd. Steven Hearst walks onto the ramp and raises his arms in the air. The two begin to walk together down the ramp. K does a flip over the ropes and into the ring. McKormick poses to the crowd some more as the they cheer him on. He tosses his glasses into the crowd and leaps back to the middle of the ring as Hunter walks over to the far corner and sits on the top turnbuckle awaiting his opponent.**
Irv Coyner: “And their opponents weighing in at a total combined weight four hundred and sixty three pounds. MICHEAL ARCHES and RILEY ANDREWS!”
**“Vengeance” erupts over the PA system and the red and white strobe lights begin to flash with the song. The screen shows various clips of Arches wrestling and posing. Suddenly the TitanTron is disrupted as "More Human Than Human" by White Zombie hits. Michael Arches and Riley Andrews make their way out onto the stage. Cara walks out behind Riley as the three make their way to the ring. Andrews and Arches stare down K and Hunter**
Nick Page: “Well, Shawna this looks like it is going to be a pretty good match up between these four guys here. All four are relatively new here to the TWF and are looking for a way to make their impression felt.”
Shawna Johnson: “Well they are all established athletes in the world of professional wrestling. HI K!”
Nick Page: “Shawna, please. Let’s remain a bit professional here. Well it looks like K and Riley are going to start things off here tonight. Collar and elbow tie up, K with a duck under , and has Riley in a chicken wing. Andrews looks intent on reversing it as he throws an elbow and now reaching under his legs. K shoves him off and scoffs at him. Andrews doesn’t seem to be too amused as he charges in and is met with a punch to the face. Riley and K now going back and forth with punches. Riley getting the best of McKormick here and has him against the ropes. Riley slings him off to the other side, hip toss by Riley, no! K reverses, pulls him under and hooks him with a tiger suplex.”
Shawna: “Good looks and a quick thinker. Me likey.”
Nick: “ Andrews goes down hard and now Arches looking for a tag, but just a bit out of reach. K grabs the leg of Riley and now pulls him to his corner. K tags in Hunter and now Steven is leaps over and tries for a leg drop, but Andrews moves out of the way. He kicks of McKormick and now K tumbles through the outside and Andrews is on fire here as he is lighting Hunter up with kicks and punches as he keeps Hunter down on the mat. Riley pulls Hunter up and whips him into his corner and follows with a clothesline. Riley tags in Arches and these two men seem to be perfecting the double team.”
Shawna: “I like the teaming of these two.”
Nick: “They are fairing pretty well here. Arches with a backbreaker and the ref is sending Riley to the outside. Arches lifts him up and drives him across a knee with another back breaker. Mike shoves him off and to the mat, following with an elbow drop and goes for the cover.”
Nick: “Hunter gets a shoulder up.”
Shawna: “He is denying the inevitable. He should have stayed down.”
Nick: “Well that’s not the case as Mike pulls him up and sends him down just as fast with a snap suplex. Arches really looking in top form here as he is dominating Hunter with authority. Hunter now sneaks in a throat chop and has Arches reeling.”
Shawna: “Looks like you spoke too soon.”
Nick: “It wouldn’t be the first time. Hunter with a spinning belly to belly suplex that catches Arches off guard. K is tagged in and now we have K McKormick and Mike Arches in the ring. McKormick over the top and catches Arches with a vicious dropkick to the face. Mike staggers back, k back up and spear tackles Arches to the mat and really nailing him with some punches. K up and now posing to the fans.”
Shawna: “He is so cool.”
Nick: “Well coolness doesn’t win matches Shawna. He better keep an eye on Arches. K pulls him up and drives a forearm to the face that sends Arches backwards. Riley trying to get in and the ref stops him. This opens a window of opportunity for Hunter and K to double team Arches! Double suplex by the team of K and Steven. K going to the top now and Hunter makes a quick escape. Mike slow to his feet and now K flies off with another dropkick but this one packs a bit more of a punch as he nails him from almost ten feet in the air! Cover.”
Shawna: “Riley makes the save and now the ref pushes Riley back his corner. Hunter is back in. Oh look Brujah is coming to the ring as well.”
**Brujah makes his way to the ring and takes a seat next to the Irv Coyner.**
Nick: “What is he doing here? Mike just mustered enough energy to lowblow Hunter and swing back with a wild fist to knock K silly. Arches is up and the fans are going nuts here. Mike is cleaning house here. Hunter trying to get back in on the action. Riley runs from his corner, makes his way past the ref and clotheslines the hell out of Hunter and sends him to the mat with a one eighty! K is up and now ax handles the Riley, but Arches clips his knee and now we have a two on one and the ref has failed to maintain order here. But he looks to be getting in the middle of it. K inadvertently nails the ref and looks a bit concerned. That is until he ducks a clothesline attempt by Riley. He steps back and hits Andrews with the Masta Kick, Brujah quickly in the ring now and tosses Arches to the outside, catches the freshly kicked Riley and puts him up with the Tiesto spin. What impact! Arches is out!”
Shawna: “But there is no referee!”
Nick: “Bad timing on their part,it seems. Hunter is now trying to revive the referee from the outside. Arches slow to his feet and Brujah slides out of the ring as he looks on. Mike pulls Hunter away from the apron and nails the HIGHROAD on the outside! Hunter is down and now Arches back in the ring. K has a pin attempt on Riley and gets blindsided with a dropkick to the back of the head. Brujah begins to get back into the ring as he is on the apron. Riley with a spinning heel kick and knocks Brujah to the floor. Arches tosses K to the outside and the team of Riley and Arches are standing tall. Riley goes to the outside and rolls Hunter back in. Mike to the top.”
Shawna: “He’s going for the Northern Touch!”
Nick: “An awesome twisting senton nails Hunter. Riley grabs the legs and flips on top of him for the cover. The ref slides slowly and makes the count.”
Nick: “Arches and Andrews get the win here tonight despite the odds.”
Irv Coyner: “Here are your winners. MICHAAAEEEEEL ARCHEESSSS and RIIIILEEYYYY ANDDREWWWS!”
Nick Page: "That was certainly an interesting match. I'm amazed that two guys with apparently no common bond could hold out against two members of the Revolution. Could this show signs of poor infastructure?"
"Well I was going to make my apperance earlier, but with the opening matches, how could I expect anyone to plant their asses in those seats to see that? No, I had to make sure that you were all here, and now there is no time like the president...excuse me, no time like the present. Heh, Freudian Slip. Please allow me to introduce myself."
"In 1982 a man with an iron will and a heart the size of Texas laced up his boots and took the longest walk of his life as he approached the ring in what would be the first match in a career of many. In 1995 the same man would stand at ringside and watch as his best friend, and tag team partner was blatantly screwed out of all he had worked so hard to attain. He was there when the first fist was swung, and he was there for every bite, kick, scratch, and shove of the ensuing brawl. He would go on to work the other side of the stage, starting a fledgling outfit known as the Atlantic Coast Wrestling Organization. Like wildfire word of his federation spread and soon he was turning down applicants from all over the globe. Life was not without struggles however as he shut the doors of that federation seemingly at it's peak of operations and disappeared for two years. That man would come back to his passion, his love, his heart and reopen the doors. Many of the superstars that graced his ring came rushing back, eager to find their spot under his fair and compassionate banner. Still, things were not all roses and again this man was forced into retirement."
And who might this man be? "Dangerous" Danny Firestarter is this man, and this man I am. Now some of you may not know me, may not care, may want me to stop blabbering and get the show on the road. However, let me assure you, you'll want to listen to what I have to say now. I took a good, long look at tonights lineup, and I saw a weak lineup. Who booked this thing anyhow? I mean sure you've got your hardcore Clockwork Orange House of Murder or whatever. Heh, I see Snak-eyes misplaced that mind of his again, pesky thing is always just slipping away without a moments notice. Then who could ignore "The Elite One" Tyler Wells, Cronus Cup bound. Why do I single out these? Because it was my guiding hand that steered them down the path that they are now on, the path to success, the path to acheivement. The path that leads straight up the sheer cliff and to the top of the mountain. Oh, and let's not overlook "The Next Best Thing" Jared Blazer. Tell you what, since I know you fans need more than a bunch of non-title matches. Right now, Blazer, it's your gosh darned lucky day, because you can go ahead and scratch out the non in non-title on your program. That's right Blazer, your shot at the World title is tonight."
"But it doesn't stop there. I see that Pyretta Blaze has marched off to the Middle East. Guess that puts Malice in Wonderland in a bad way for tonights match. You know, why don't we just give them the week off, and instead of an eight man tag, we make it a good ole Triangle match. But why fight a regular triangle match, when you can put the titles on the line and make it that much more interesting. I hope the Marauders came ready to fight."
"And of course, the coveted Cronus Cup. What is this Tyler Wells getting a free pass to the finals? A normal match with someone as sadistic and brutal as Demise? I don't think so Tyler my friend. Stop taking that easy road, it's for the Wellsabes. No, you're match is a Last Man Standing match. Hope Breann hasn't been keeping you up at night."
"Now I'm sure you may be wondering. Who does this guy think he is. What power does he have to change these matches on the night of the card. It's quite simple really. I have all the power because I am YOUR PRESIDENT!"
Nick Page: "WOW! Things just got awfully interesting here in the TWF!"
Shawna Johnson: "No more Raven Starr?"
Nick Page: "I guess not. Well with the new developments we better get going with the rest of this lineup."
Irv Coyner: “Ladies and gentlemen this is a 4 corners Luche Libre match up! Introducing first…hailing from Venice Beach, California and weighing in at two hundred thirty pounds. “THE INNOVATOR OF COOLNESS” MAAAAAATT KEITH!”
Cameron steps out from behind the curtain wearing a strapless skintight spandex cat suit outfit trying to calm the fans down without any success because as soon as Matt steps out from behind the curtain the fans damn near boo the roof down. Matt has on his usual ring attire black skintight leather pants, black boots, and black tank top, toped off with a pair of blue lens designer sunglasses, in his hand is that Singapore cane that has become his trademark weapon of choice. Matt makes his way down the ramp with his arm around Cameron and the fans are still not letting up on boo as they are really showing the duo how much they hate them. Once ringside Matt enters the ring via the second rope and holds the bottom rope for Cameron the men in the arena are going nuts. "The Innovator of Coolness" climbs up to the second rope then thrusts both fists into the air with his Singapore cane so that all can see as he throws his cane to Cameron on the outside and awaits his opponents.**
Irv Coyner: “Introducing next, from Brooklyn, New York. Weighing in at two hundred thirty pounds…”KRAAAANK!”
“Can’t hear it? LET ME KRANK IT UP FOR YAH!”
It suddenly kicks into "Born With Nothing" by Papa Roach as red pyro shoots off at the entrance and KrANK explodes out of the back to the cheering fans. He jumps up and down for a second to the cheering crowd as he then springs to the ring, ignoring Matt Keith as he jumps up on each turnbuckle and yells to the fans as more pyro shoots off and he finally steps off, circling the ring.**
Irv Coyner: “Next, from East Lansing, Michigan. Weighing at one hundred and ninety pounds… NORIAK!"
Irv Coyner: “And lastly…from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Weighing in at two hundred and twenty-seven pounds… “MR.MONEY” TODD CLAYBORNE!”
There is a huge explosion and green fireworks shoot up from both sides of the entrance way. Todd walks from the back dressed in a black t-shirt with a picture of his face wearing sunglasses on the front and Mr. Money written on the back in green and gold. He also has on long white wrestling tights with gold dollar signs down each leg and black wrestling boots. The crowd goes bezerk with cheers for the legendary wrestler as he raises both hands in the air and then slowly makes his way to the ring stopping to shake hands and give a few hugs. Todd climbs up on the ring apron and pauses a second to look out at the crowd. He then takes his shirt off tosses it into the crowd, the front row masses fighting over it. He climbs in the ring and paces back and forth a few times before Climbing to the second turnbuckle in one of the corners and holding his arms out causing the crowd to cheer more. Todd hops off the turnbuckle just a green and gold fireworks shoot out from the ring posts. The other 3 just look at him, Matt Keith with a stupid grin.**
Nick Page: “This match is underway folks with Todd starting off with Noriack. I guarantee folks this will be an excellent match. 2 returning superstars and the re-debut of Todd Clayborne and through in the new guy Noriack and where in for some a loco match. Todd offering to start the match with a test of strength and Noriack agrees as they move their hands and lock. Todd showing that despite his memory loss he is an expert wrestler as he pulls him forward and rolls him back like a judo flip, planting him on the mat. Noriack still holds onto the wrist as he kip up flips to his feet and delivers an excellent arm drag to Todd as Todd gets back up with Noriack charging and catches him with a drop toe hold! The crowd cheering for the returning Clayborne.”
Shawna Johnson: “I really don’t know too much about wrestling…except that Todd Clayborne is a ladies man.”
Nick Page: “Todd not taking the advantage to strike but instead leaps down with a headlock but Noriack slams his feet around Clayborne’s face to break the hold as they both back to their feet. Todd a bit stunned as Noriack runs to the ropes and comes back with a cartwheel kick but Todd side steps and catches him by his side…GUTWRENCH SUPLEX! He makes the cover!”
Nick Page: “Wait a minute. Matt Keith just ran and put Todd Clayborne’s foot on the rope and ref stopped the count!”
Shawna Johnson: “That what I love about Keith, always thinking of others."
Nick Page: “Clayborne up to his feet as Keith continues to taunt him as Noriack attempts the roll up but Clayborne rolls through and picks him up. Excellent power bomb over the top rope. KrANK entering the ring. Clayborne turning to see KrANK as they stare off and shake hands. The crowd cheering for the two competitors for the act of pride.”
Shawna Johnson: “Just get Keith in the ring…he’s a hottie. I could beat up Cameron…I know it.”
Nick Page: “They tie up but KrANK showing his brawling style breaks it up with a hard knee to the gut as he gets him in headlock and plants him with a bulldog to the mat. KrANK lying in some very heavy boots to the back of Clayborne’s heads. Folks these two men have huge history together dating back to ReWF as members of Mayhem Incorporated. KrANK picking up Clayborne in the grapple and lifts him up…SPIKED BRAINBUSTER! He goes for the cover!”
Nick Page: “Kick out at two! KrANK keeping as the aggressor with some stomps and then picking up Clayborne and whips him to the ropes. KrANK readying setting up for a back body drop but Todd sees it coming and slides behind him and plants him with a German Suplex pin!”
Nick Page: “KrANK kicks out in the nick of time.”
Shawna Johnson: “Heh, nick of time huh?”
Nick Page: “Oh shut up. Todd slowly peeling himself of the mat along with KrANK and is beginning to ready the C-NOTE! The crowd cheering wildly but Cameron is up on the apron! The ref’s distracted as Keith runs in and slams the Singapore cane right across the head of Clayborne as Clayborne falls to the nearby ropes. Matt heading back to the apron as Cameron slides of the apron and KrANK is slowly to his feet. He sees Clayborne’s back to the ropes. He leaps up and dropkicks him over the top rope out onto the floor outside! Clayborne’s out.”
Shawna Johnson: “Oh no shit.”
Nick Page: “Matt Keith sliding into the ring, the evil and cocky grin along his face. Keith offers a handshake, the crowd booing him as they tell KrANK not to do it. KrANK eases out his hand…and gives him the middle finger and kicks him in the gut! KrANK grabs the hunching Keith and picks him up into a power bomb position but Keith battles out and slams his bodyweight down on KrANK and places him to the mat. Keith is a clever mastermind, and will do anything to win, and that what makes him so deadly. He picks up Crank’s right leg and slams a kick right into the thigh. KrANK reeling in pain as Keith picks him up and plants him back on the mat with an impressive snap suplex. Keith not wasting anytime as he attempts to lock in a figure 4 leg lock early but KrANK kicks him off his feet as the crowd cheers… "
Nick Page: KrANK slowly to his feet as Keith runs in with leg sweep to KrANK’s leg but he hops over it and grabs Keith’s head and plants it with a modified face buster onto KrANK’s knee! Excellent counter! KrANK has him stunned, he kicks him in the gut and grabs the head, going for THE BRING DOWN but Keith throws him to the ropes and KrANK comes back with a roundhouse dropkick but Keith slaps him down hard with an elbow to the knee cap as Keith takes advantage again and locks in the Figure 4! The crowd booing loudly as Keith laughs sinisterly and the ref is asking KrANK if he wants to tap but Keith is using the ropes for leverage! KrANK’s hand’s are near slapping the ground but theirs Clayborne on the apron kicking Keith’s hands of the ropes! The crowd cheering as KrANK takes advantage of the moment and spins over into and drags Keith to the middle of the ring and locks in a sharpshooter! The crowd going nuts as KrANK has it tight but Keith is grabbing the ankle in hopes of pulling KrANK of his feet. KrANK’s knee is buckling and Keith’s successful as he slivers out of the submission and rests in the corner”
Shawna Johnson: “He’s not resting. He’s letting KrANK rest because he can pin him at anytime and at least wants a challenge from him.”
Nick Page: “I highly doubt that. Keith getting to his feet as is KrANK but Cameron’s on the apron again with the Singapore cane but Todd grabs its and flings it over the ref’s head to KrANK! An unwritten alliance showing between the former members of Mayhem. Inc as KrANK sees Keith charging and swings the cane but Keith ducks behind him and lands a low blow shot as he slides the cane out as Cameron hops off the apron. Keith grinning as he grabs KrANK by the hair and throws him over the top rope and out onto the floor. Noriack is in with a charge but Keith throws him out within less than 5 seconds!”
Shawna Johnson: “That why the innovator of coolness is my hero.”
Nick Page: “Clayborne stepping into the ring, the crowd cheering wildly as he stares off with Keith. Keith motions and says, “Bring it rookie”. I think Keith didn’t do his homework. Sure Clayborne lost his memory but he’s one of the best wrestlers in the world! This man beat Jared Blazer something I doubt Keith could ever do.”
Shawna Johnson: “Keith and Blazer wouldn’t fight though…they are both too hunky for that.”
Nick Page: “Mr. Money and the Innovator of Coolness lock up and Keith takes the early advantage with a knee strike to the gut and applies a side headlock. The ring savvy Clayborne throws him to the ropes. Keith bounces back and Clayborne readies a beautiful timed clothesline but Keith ducks and attempts a dropkick to the back of Clayborne’s knee but he hops over it and drops an elbow right onto Keith’s open head! The crowd cheering for Clayborne as he stands up and Keith’s in pain and he’s frustrated because he thinks Clayborne’s a rookie! Keith slowly to his feet as they lock up again and Keith picks him up and plants Mr. Money with a side back breaker across the knee. Brutal execution there. Keith giving that evil grin as he picks up Clayborne and whips him to the turnbuckle and Clayborne bounces off with a loud thud. Keith going in and laying some hard lefts and rights on Clayborne and begins to lay in some stomps, taunting him as “What are you going to do rookie?” This man is sick. He grins as the ref pulls him away and begins to get in his face. Cameron coming in from behind with a Singapore cane shot to Clayborne’s head but KrANK out of nowhere with a leaping BRING DOWN! DEAR GOD! Cameron laid out on the floor.”
Shawna Johnson: “You say Keith’s sick? KrANK just attacked an innocent woman!”
Nick Page: “If by innocent you mean a woman who helps her boyfriend cheat?”
Shawna Johnson: “Love does powerful things Nice that you wouldn’t understand.”
Nick Page: “Keith grinning as he runs at Clayborne with a drop kick but Clayborne pulls himself out of the way! The crowd cheering here for the veteran wrestler as he dropkicks Keith’s back which slams his face into eating some turnbuckle! Clayborne up and motioning for the crowd to get revved up as the angry but hurting Keith gets up and charges Clayborne with a clothesline but he ducks and Keith hit’s the ropes, spring boarding onto it and flying off with a suicide splash plancha but Clayborne catches him and slams him down with a power slam! Clayborne up to his feet and looking down at Keith, the crowd cheering but booing as Keith slowly staggers to his feet, slamming his fist into the mat. Confused on how a “rookie” could be so good.”
Shawna Johnson: “He playing possum! He’s going to fool Todd any second now!”
Nick Page: “Keith angered as he charges head on at Clayborne but he was ready and plants him with a Lou Thesz press and lays in punches right along the face. Clayborne finally eases up and grins down at Keith, saying. “May of lost my memory, but not my wrestling skill.” Keith slowly to his feet and he delivers a low blow to Clayborne knocking the wind right out of him as Keith gets up and plants him with a belly to back suplex! The crowd booing insanely loud for Keith as he mounts the top rope! He flips off the crowd as he leaps up with the 450 and lands it! He makes the cover!”
Nick Page: “CLAYBORNE KICKS OUT! CLAYBORNE KICKS OUT! Keith flipping a lid as the referee says he only got the two count as Keith goes insane with stomps to the gut as he picks up Clayborne and grins. He swings him up as he readies the Deadly Device! The record will live! Clayborne is swinging through it and catching Keith around the neck with his arms. He leaps forward! BAD BUISNESS! BAD BUISNESS! The cover!”
Irv Coyner: “Ladies and gentlemen…your winner… “MR. MONEY” TODD CLAYBORNE!”
Nick Page: “Keith tried everything, everything in his arsenal but he could not beat Clayborne as he beats him fair and square. Would that be now two losses for Keith?”
Shawna Johnson: "Poor Keithy Weithy."
Nick Page: "We have to take a short break, but you won't want to miss out on all the excitement coming up after this."
Nick Page: "One of the highlights of this month's competition has been the Cronus Cup. Now it may not bear much meaning to you today, but guaranteably, it will gain respect through the years, and the rights to be the name first etched on the stone tablet of it's history is sure to live in infamy. It's getting closer to the final match-up, and tonight we'll see just who will be clashing at Clash of the Titans."
Irv Coyner: "Introducing first, from New Orleans, Louisiana, weighing in at 134 pounds... THORN!"
** The lights in the arena go out, as "Living Dead Girl" blasts over the PA. Blue flames ignite across the top of the ramp, silhouetting Thorn in the center. Her arms are outstretched, legs together, and head down, as she's surrounded by flames. As the blue fire dies down, she begins her trek to the ring, posing briefly for the fans, before preparing herself for Quinn. **
Irv Coyner: "And her opponent, from New Castle, Indiana, weighing in at 210 pounds, your TWF Cruiserweight Champion.... "CADAVER DOG" CHRIS QUINN!"
** Slipknot's "I AM HATED" starts to play as the Titantron lights up showing highlights of Quinn's matches, and finishes on the image of Quinn drilling Angelo with the Warp Asylum. All this happens, but Quinn is nowhere to be seen. The crowd starts looking around the arena for the tell tale signs of Quinn coming through the crowd, but once again nothing. The crowd finally starts to cheer and everyone looks to the entranceway as Quinn is about half way to the ring, just walking along like it is no big deal. Quinn slips under the bottom rope and stands up, laughing as he looks at Thorn. **
Nick Page: "An unorthodox entrance by Quinn, I don't believe that there's a touch of normal in this guy. He's always doing things a different way."
Shawna Johnson: "But it's been effective thus far, where is his belt? I didn't see him bring it to the ring?"
Nick Page: "Now that you mention it, I don't believe I saw him bring it either. It doesn't seem to be on his mind, as he dashes after Thorn, pulling her legs out from under her, and delivering a leg drop between them!"
Shawna Johnson: "The champ is wasting NO time!"
Nick Page: "Still holding onto her legs, he drags her towards the center of the ring, and locks on a boston crab!"
Shawna Johnson: "She's attempting to power herself towards the ropes, but he's just wrenching back on her legs!"
Nick Page: "Quinn breaks the hold, quickly flipping over, and rolling Thorn into a pin"
** One **
Nick Page: "Quick kickout by Thorn! The Cadaver Dog rises quickly to his feet, as Thorn is slow getting up! With a smile, he starts planting boots to her side, sending her to the mat."
Shawna Johnson: "The Cruiserweight Champ helps her to her feet, then whips her into the corner..."
Nick Page: "Back handspring elbow smash! The champ is on fire tonight! Thorn falls to the mat, as he climbs the ropes!"
Shawna Johnson: "Thorn is starting to rise, as Quinn is taunting the fans. He leaps from the turnbuckle onto the top rope, and..."
Nick Page: "SPRINGBOARD MISSILE DROP KICK! She can't take much more of this punishment! Quinn goes for a pin!"
** One... Two... Three *
Nick Page: "Quinn broke the pin! He pulled her up!"
Shawna Johnson: "He's got a sick smile on his face! He's dragging her towards the ropes!"
Nick Page: "Quinn grabs Thorn by the hair and slings her up and over the top rope to the arena floor. He runs to the opposite side of the ring and springs off the ropes and charges back across. Quinn leaps up onto the top rope and springboards off with a corkscrew Guillotine leg drop, a modified Purgatory! Thorn looks out, and Quinn doesn't look much better as he rolls around on the ground clutching his leg."
Shawna Johnson: " The ref starts the count out! Quinn limps to his feet at six!"
Nick Page: " He slides about halfway into the ring, breaking the count, and then slides back out."
Shawna Johnson: "Smart move by Quinn."
Nick Page: "Quinn walks over and drags the limp form of Thorn over to our table."
Shawna Johnson: "Oh shit, this really looks bad."
Nick Page: "Quinn lifts Thorn up and slams her down on the top of the table, grins right at us, and then slips back into the ring. I am getting out of here!"
Shawna Johnson: "I agree, Nick."
Nick Page: "Quinn sprints to the opposite side of the ring, springing off of the ropes and charges back across the ring, leaping up onto the top ropes and springboarding off once again into a high corkscrew swanton bomb! Both wrestlers go through the table in a shower of splinters and lie in the wreckage unmoving!
Shawna Johnson: "I'm here Nick! This is insane!"
Nick Page: " Quinn stands up out of the remains of the announcer's table, shoving a large piece of table top off of him. The crowdis freaking out now!"
Shawna Johnson: "Quinn is back to his feet! He looks really dazed!"
Nick Page: " He grabs Thorn and drags her back to the ring... I think she is out of it! Quinn shoves her back into the ring and slips back in himself. He rolls over on top of her and goes for the cover."
** One... Two... Three... **
Irv Coyner: "Here is your winner, "CADAVER DOG" CHRIS QUINN! Shawna Johnson: "Well, Quinn certainly proved that Thorn had no chance of getting to the finals of the Cronus Cup. Whoever is going to be facing him, be it Tyler Wells or Demise is sure to have a fight on his hands."
Nick Page: "Fight, heck it's going to be more of a war to bring Chris Quinn down."
Shawna Johnson: "I'm sure the fans are eager to see who Chris Quinn's opponent will be at Clash of the Titans when the first Cronus Cup winner will be crowned, so lets get to our next match, also a semi-final for the Cronus Cup."
Irv Coyner: “Ladies and gentlemen this match is a Last Man Standing match and will determine who goes to face Chris Quinn at Clash of the Titans for the Cronus Cup! Introducing first, from parts unknown. Weighing in at two hundred seventy-five pounds……DEMIIIIIISE!”
Irv Coyner: “And his opponent! From Miami, Florida! Weighing in at two hundred twenty seven pounds and being accompanied by Breann. “THE ELITE ONE” TYLER WEEEELLSS!”
"Just love me like all the rest do"
upon the vocals a big pyro explosion goes off on the stage and Tyler walks out wearing a Wellsabe shirt with Breann on his arm. He struts to the ring but before he can even make it to the apron Demise slides to the outside and begins to fight Tyler, Breann running to stay safe.**
Nick Page: “This match is underway with Demise taking the early advantage by laying in fist after fist right into the surprised Well’s face. Folks I promise this match will be brutal. Demise grabs Wells by the wrist and prepares to Irish whip him into the steel steps but Wells plants his foot and pivots, and whips Demise into the steel steps! Demise reeling in pain as Wells runs in and attempts a running front drop kick but Demise pulls out of the way just barely as Wells lands flat on his back on the floor! He’s screaming in pain as Demise begins to search underneath the ring for weaponry.”
Shawna Johnson: “Don’t mess up my lovely Tyler’s face! I can’t have that!”
Nick Page: “Demise producing a garbage can, a steel chair, and the Singapore cane Matt Keith left by the ring! Demise grins as he grabs Wells by the hair and plants his face into the apron and throws him into the ring as the referee just watches. Demise grinning as he props Wells onto the ropes as he struggles but Demise runs in and …DEAR GOD! He SHATTERED the cane right across Well’s chest! Well’s yelping in pain as Demise merely grins and whips Wells to the ropes. Wells bounces back and Demise plants him with Tilt a Whirl Backbreaker right on the knee! So far it’s been all Demise in this match as Wells struggles in pain and Demise grins maliciously! Demise slowly peelings Wells of the floor and whips him to the turnbuckle where he lands back into it, resting in the corner. Demise smiling as he grabs a nearby steel chair. He grins as he kicks his boot ready to charge.”
Shawna Johnson: “Not the face, not the face!”
Nick Page: “He’s running toward him, readied!”
Shawna Johnson: “I can’t watch!”
Nick Page: “The chair swings down…and it's smacked right into Demise’s face with a brutal Yakuza kick! The momentum has shifted and it’s a level playing field! Wells has come back quickly as he stumbles out of the corner to lie down. Both men are slowly easing to their feet. Demise is busted open as he licks his bloodied lips as the two stand up. Wells and Demise collide with a fury of lefts and rights but Wells throwing some stiff elbows to his opened face as he whips Demise to the ropes. Demise springs off and Wells catches him up in a power slam but has him up barely in a pump handle drop position. He’s gritting his teeth as inches over and plants him onto the steel chair! The crowd cheering loudly for Wells as he falls back from doing the move on the much bigger man. Wells just sits down, a bit amazed as the referee begins to count.”
Nick Page: “Demise easing of the steel chair as Wells begins to stand up. Demise the first to his feet, his eyes red with fury as he charges and cleaves Wells’ head off with a leaping lariat. Demise getting the garbage can and setting it up as he picks up Wells and lays in some awesome first right into the face. Each fist is knocking him a step or two further back and staggering him further. Demise gets him on the ropes and pushes him off as Wells comes back staggering and Demise picks him. DEAR GOD! Overhead Belly to Belly suplex and WELLS land back first into the standing garbage canister, the force of the fall crushing and denting the metal piece as Wells screams in pain and the crowd gives a mixed reaction."
Demise: “DO NOT MESS WITH ME WELLS!”
Nick Page: “The ref begins to count!”
Nick page: “By god! The crowd cheering reluctantly as Wells begins to stagger to his feet. Demise on him as Wells isn’t up on his feet quite yet.”
Nick Page: “Demise coming with a flying knee but Wells pulls to the side and slams his fore arm into Demise’s groin as he whelps in pain and Wells makes his way back to his feet. Staggering a bit as he comes back and leaps over Demise’s head, grabbing the neck for a low flip neck breaker onto the trashcan! The crowd is cheering loudly for the maneuver as Demise is laid out on the floor. The referee counting again as Wells falls to the turnbuckle to rest.”
Nick Page: “Demise staggering and up to his feet. Wells running in with a forearm shots and connects! Wells running off the ropes and comes off with a leg drop but Demise rolls out of the way! Demise up to his feet again and so is Wells as they battle it out. Demise lands the knee right into the gut of Wells as he grabs a hold of the tights. He pulls Wells closer to the chair. He picks him up into a stalling suplex position…DEAR GOD! Demise BRAINBUSTERED Wells into the chair! Wells appears out cold as Demise taking advantage to break up the ref’s counting as he lays his boots right into Well’s pretty face!”
Shawna Johnson: “Demise you bastard!”
Nick Page: “Demise heading to the outside as he searches under the ring and produces a table! He slides it into the ring as he grins. Laying a few stomps into Well’s face as he sets up the table in the center of the ring. He grins as he picks up the chair and slams it right into Well’s skull! The pain damnit, the pain! These two men only want to hurt each other! They keep up this way then Quinn could have easy pickings for the Cronus Cup! Demise picking up Wells. He readies him for an Irish whip but Wells battles out with elbows to the blood covered face Demise! Adding insult to injury from the Yakuza Kick into the chair Demise had earlier! Wells whips Demise into the upper left turnbuckle. Wells sees the table as he grins and positions it closer to the corner as he moves Demise onto the top of the turnbuckle and Wells standing on the top rope. Dear god no. Don’t do what I think your doing Wells!”
Shawna Johnson: “He has a name for his superplex?"
Nick Page: “He does now. Tyler hooks the tights. He cradles Demise’s head. He leaps off…”
Nick Page: “DEMISE just crashed through the table! The crowd frenzying from that sadistic spot as both men are out and the referee begins the count! This may be a draw.”
Nick Page: “Dear god! Wells is rolling to the ropes and in that pile of broken table Demise is stirring slowly to his feet!”
Nick Page: “Folks this is incredible close. Both up to their knees.”
Nick page: “Both men are finally to their feet as Demise is staggering and hunched from the fall of the superplex. Demise throws a punch at Wells and connects. Wells throws one back. Demise throws another. Each man is staggering back with each other’s punch. Each man capping their career time at each second they throw a punch at each other. Demise finally throws in harsh driven knee into Wells’ groin as he hunches over. Demise struggles to stand up strait as he pulls into his legs. He pulls Wells upward. Demise struggling from his back in such serious pain…DEAR GOD!”
Nick Page: “DEMISE POWERBOMBS WELLS ONTO THE TOP TURNBUCKLE!”
Shawna Johnson: “This isn’t a wrestling match anymore. It’s just a glorified fight.”
Nick Page: “Wells just stuck hanging onto the turnbuckle by his limp frame upon it. Demise rolling out of the ring in pain as he kneels down, spitting blood onto the floor as he takes a breather. The crowd is booing at Demise as he flips them off and staggers over to the steel steps. What could he be thinking do with those?”
Shawna Johnson: “I don’t know. Hurt Breann and my baby even more?”
Nick Page: “Demise struggling to pick up the stairs and he manages to throw them into the ring. He goes under the apron and finds another table and he slides it in as he rests on the apron. Wells is slowly struggling off of the turnbuckle. His back red and covered in blood and bruises as he falls to the mat on his knees. The referee just looking at the gruesome sight as Demise slowly slides into the ring as he sees Wells staggering to his feet. He picks him up into his grapple and plants him with a DDT back onto the mat. Demise getting on the dominant end again as the crowd boo’s loudly for Demise. He struggles up to his feet again as he picks up Wells and props him in the corner. Demise sorts through the various amount of weapons and throws the broken trash canister and Singapore cane out of the ring. He puts the steps off into another corner and picks up the table; setting it up in the corner Wells is propped up on the turnbuckle in. Demise moving in but Wells springs to life as reaches out in desperation and trades places with Demise, laying in a hammer of fists into Demise as the crowd is now firmly behind Wells! He stops and flips off the crowd, making them cheer more as he comes in for one more punch but Demise performs the switch to Wells.”
Shawna Johnson: “This is one of those matches that makes me want to watch what’s exactly happening, you know?”
Nick Page: “Yeah. Folks I’m glued to my seat here as Demise staggers against the ropes. His blood smeared face forming a mask as he pulls Wells out of the corner and moves to the top rope, perching. He grabs Wells and flips him over to rest on his back as grabs each arm of Wells and signals for Hells Gate through the table! The crowd booing as he leaps off…WELLS ESCAPES MIDJUMP! He powers out of the hold and Demise lands on the sturdy table right on his tailbone! Wells frame crashing to the mat as the crowd cheers for the anti-hero pre-Madonna as Wells slowly collects to his feet. Wells staggers around the ring, falling to his knee’s a few times as he grabs the steel chair. He walks over Demise and slams it right across his head again and again! He’s reopening the bleeding wounds of Demise as blood pours over his eyes as Wells eases the chair under Demise’s body and he goes to the top rope. The crowd screaming as HE leaps.”
Nick Page: “DEAR GOD! Wells crashes right onto the table and the chair set under Demise’s body but it doesn’t break! Wells coughs up blood from the impact as it spills out onto the mat and the crowd boo’s as Demise just lays down, the referee counting.”
Nick Page: “Demise finally getting up a bit as he sees Wells on the table. He looks as the crowd boo’s and doesn’t grin as he slowly climbs the turnbuckles to the very top rope. A very unusual move for Demise to perform. He looks around; the crimson masked wrestler sees his target amongst the red. He leaps…”
Shawna Johnson: “DEMISE PLANTS WELLS THROUGH THE TABLE! DEMISE leaped of the top turnbuckle with a suicide splash and sent their bodies tumbling through the table. The referee is counting.”
Nick Page: “Both men are slowly stirring to their feet. Folks these rising superstars I tip my hat off to both. They are Herculean to battle through all of this. In most cases this is a battle of Rebellion versus Revolution. The revolt taking on those who did because they can. But this is not the case tonight folks. It’s about pride and who goes onto is the face destiny in Atlantic City. Both men now to their feet as they begin to slug it out! Wells connecting with a punch as Demise staggers back from the pain of it, holding his face in pain. Demise comes back with harder first; knocking Wells back to the ropes. Wells comes back with another, sending Demise to one knee. Wells about to connect with another but Demise slams a first into Wells’ gut, stopping him. Demise slowly to his feet as Wells takes advantage and kicks Demise into the gut. The crowd cheering for Wells as he slips under Demise and struggles incredible as he begins to pick him up and dear god! He lands the Death Valley driver onto the steel steps! Demise out as Wells falls to his tail bone and crawls slowly to the ropes!”
Shawna Johnson: “I’m in shock of what we’ve seen so far. It’s just amazing.”
Nick Page: “Both men are beginning to stir to their feet. Demise covered in more blood as he slips up on the ropes and Wells standing with the support of the ropes. Both clash again with hard lefts and right into each other’s faces and chest. Demise getting the advantage as he grabs Wells by the hair and slams his face right into set up steel steps!”
Nick Page: “Wells’ face now covered in a similar mask to Demise as he staggers and falls to a knee. Demise limps as he spits blood to the outside as Breann is forced to watch all of this right by Irv Coyner and the ring bell. Demise slowly grabbing Wells by the hair and organizing the steel steps. Demise getting onto the top rope as he begins to cradle Wells’ head. DEAR GOD! He’s signaling for The Demise and he plans to land it right into those steel steps! He’s insane! Wait, Breann is running to the apron with the bell hammer!”
Shawna Johnson: “Save your boyfriend Breann!”
Nick Page: “Demise doesn’t know she’s there as he sits on the apron. Demise bouncing on the ropes a bit as she swings! Demise gasps in pain! Brianne connects the hammer with Demise’s groin! The crowd cheering wildly as Brianne drops from the apron and goes back to hiding.”
Shawna Johnson: “I hope Demise had all the kids he wanted to because I doubt he can have anymore.”
Nick Page: “Wells slowly gaining some conscious thoughts as he wipes the blood from his eyes and pulls Demise off the turnbuckle with some ease as Demise lands on his knees. Wells pulls his head between his legs and pulls him up strait into a piledriver position! The crowd cheering as Wells signaling for 7 years of Bad Luck! He climbs the first rope!”
Shawna Johnson: “He better thank his woman after this match.”
Nick Page: “The Second Rope! He looks out into the crowd. Dear god he walks up to the top rope! The crowd cheering wildly as Demise attempts to struggle but the Elite One leaps…”
Nick Page: “The crowd screaming in a bit of a brutal frenzy as Wells just delivered A lifetime of Bad Luck right into the steel steps! Demise is out as Wells springs up to his feet and rests in the corner! Demise’s limp frame is not moving. The referee begins to count, looking away after seeing this brutal maneuver.”
Irv Coyner: “Ladies and gentlemen…your winner and advancing to face “The Cadaver Dog” Chris Quinn in the Cronus Cup Finals. “THE ELITE ONE” TYYYYLLER WELLS!”
Nick Page: “The referee lifting the exhausted hand of Tyler Wells as Breann gets in the ring and helps her love interest out. My hat goes off to Wells for the brutal maneuver. And my hat goes off to Demise for the awesome match.”
Shawna Johnson: "It seems unfair to break away to commercials after such an intense confrontation, but don't worry fans, when we get back the ring will be transformed into the brutal Clockwork Orange House of Fun where Brujah will defend his Generation title against the lethal lost mind, Snake-eyes. You won't want to miss it. Though how anyone can top what we just saw, I don't know."
Shawna Johnson: "Just what was that all about Nick?"
Nick Page: "Well it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out Shawna."
Shawna Johnson: "Of course it doesnt. So...what was it that he was doing again?"
Nick Page: "Sometimes Shawna, you're too stupid for words."
Shawna Johnson: "*sincerely* Gee thanks Nick, you don't have to say such nice things about me."
Irv Coyner: "Ladies and gentlemen the following contest is scheduled for one fall and will be for the TWF Generation Title! Introducing first. Hailing from Parts Unknown and weighing in at two hundred and twetny one pounds. The challenger, SNAKE-EYES!"
Irv Coyner: "And his opponent. Hailing from Three Rivers, Quebec and weighing in at two hundred and ninety four pounds. THE TWF GENERATION CHAMPION. TONY "BRUJAH" St. MICHAELS!"
Nick Page: "Alright folks and we are underway here in the inaugural Clockwork Orange House of Fun match and Brujah is wasting no time grabbing a chair and taunting Snake Eyes with it. He doesn’t look too afraid though as he picks up a kendo stick and challenges the Champion!"
Shawna Johnson "OHHH!! This is going to be bloody I don’t want to watch!"
Nick Page: "Both men circiling each other, not quite sure what to make of the situation. The ref walks in between the men and dear lord! Snake Eyes made a critical mistake there! He just got clobbered by the chair after taunting Brujah! Brujah stomping on Snake Eyes now, and he has lost it folks!"
Shawna Johnson: "What is with this guy anyway?"
Nick Page: "Brujah picks up Snake Eyes and rams his head into the turnbuckle repeatedly! Snake Eyes looks confused and lost! Brujah now picks up the much lighter Snake from behind and is military pressing him!"
Shawna Johnson: "AWW! He is going to throw him over the ring ropes! I can’t watch!"
Nick Page: "That looks exactly like what he is planning on doing, but wait! Snake with a rake to the eyes and he falls down on his feet! Brujah is stunned and oh god! Snake nailed Brujah with the kendo stick and knocked him out over the top! McKormick is over to check on Brujah!"
Shawna Johnson: "He isn’t anything but in the way!"
Nick Page: "I think you’re right! McKormick doesn’t see Snake Eyes perched up on the top rope, but he sees him now! Too late! Snake with an death-defying moonsault onto McKormick and he is down! Snake is feeding off the energy of the crowd now!"
Nick Page: "Snake walking over to Brujah now and he picks him up and whips him towards the steel steps, but Brujah reverses and Snake goes flipping over the top of the steps!"
Shawna Johnson: Ouch! Shins bruise easily as it is! Those are going to be really black and blue!"
Nick Page: "I have a feeling that more than that will be black on blue on these men by the time this match ends! Brujah gaining his wits as he picks up a chair and connects with a sickening noise to Snakes legs! Brujah picks him up now, what is he doing?"
Shawna Johnson: "It looks like he is going to take Snake’s legs away! He won’t be able to fly against the big man then!"
Nick Page: "No doubt there! Brujah has Snake up and lifts up his right leg and drops it on the steel steps! There is no end to this mans cruelty! Snake is down now and Brujah looks to be setting Snake up for a Pillmanizer! Brujah is playing to the crowd now!"
Shawna Johnson: "His focus isn’t where it should be, go for the kill Tony! You got him in your type of match!"
Nick Page: "Brujah turns around and what was that? Snake Eyes just threw some powder into Brujah’s face! Brujah is stunned and Snake winds up and OH GOD!"
Nick Page: "Snake Eyes measured, lined up and connected square to the temple of Brujah with that chair! The champ didn’t even see it coming, but Snake Eyes is down and still hurt! Both men are starting to stir now, and let me tell you folks, they haven’t been out here for long but they’ve been tearing each other apart with these weapons! Both men are back to their feet now, Brujah looks dazed and here comes Snake with the chair again!"
Shawna Johnson: "Oh no! This really is getting ugly! I’m a girl! I can’t handle this!"
Nick Page: "This match is not for the weak at heart sweetie! Snake is standing right behind Brujah, he’s got the chair above his head! Wait! Brujah was playing possum and I think he hit him with a baseball bat!"
Shawna Johnson: "Yea, but tell everyone where he hit him!"
Nick Page: "I think I’d rather not! Wait a second, Brujah has the mic! He’s got that crazy look in his eye too!"
Brujah: "WHAT? WHAT? IT'S NOT MY FAULT! DON’T BLAME ME!"
Shawna Johnson: "What did the crowd say?"
Nick Page: "I’m pretty sure they said blame STD as in the Simply Thrilling Dudes! Is that who Tony St. Michaels is blaming his rage on? Brujah back over to Snake now and double axe handles him on the head with the mic. Snake is busted open after that one! Brujah has him up now in that military press! He’s carrying him towards the ring what is he doing now?"
Shawna Johnson: "I think I have a pretty good idea. You see those chains on the ring Nick?"
Nick Page: "You don’t think?"
Shawna Johnson: "Oh, I do!"
Nick Page: "I think that you think right! Brujah just dropped Snake’s neck over those chains and Snake is in trouble now! Brujah has gone crazy folks and is beating the fallen Snake over the back with a the chair! Dear god! They aren’t supposed to bend like that are they?"
Shawna Johnson: "What isn’t? The chair or the way Snake’s legs are twisted around?
Nick Page: "Neither! Folks, Brujah came in here with a great strategy of taking away Snake’s flying attack and he has grounded him here in this Clockwork Orange House of Fun match! They are back up in the ring now and Snake Eye’s swings and misses! Brujah is laughing at him! Snake swings again and this one connects!"
Shawna Johnson: "Don’t count him out yet, you know they say he is like a snake in the grass! Never know when he’ll attack!"
Nick Page: "Indeed so and Snake Eyes is laying in punch after punch now on the big man! Snake Eyes turns around and sees a crowbar! He picks it up and the crowd is going nuts as he has fought his way back into the match! Snake Eyes is looking at the crowbar menacingly!"
Shawna Johnson: "Watch out Tony!"
Nick Page: "Too late for that as Snake got a part of Brujah’s shoulder with the crowbar! He was going for his head but Brujah saw it and was able to duck out of the way, no doubt though that shot had its effects as Brujah staggers backwards and is clothslined down to the canvas by Snake! Snake is headed back up to the top! Maybe Brujah didn’t take away all of his flying skills yet!"
Shawna Johnson: "This is unbelievable! Snake should have a broken shin, if not a cracked knee to go with it! Tony has been beating on him all match, but Snake keeps coming back! But then again, Snake has been beating on Tony, but without the same effect!"
Nick Page: "A lot like a one legged man in an butt whooping contest if you ask me! Snake is up on the top and Brujah is stumbling towards the ropes! Snake leaps legs first and he’s got him in a hurrancanrana! This will be it Snake…OH MY GOD!"
Nick Page: "Brujah looked as though he was going to go down, but he got control and just powerbombed Snake over the top rope and through a table! That is it! This match is over! All that Brujah needs to do is bring Snake into the ring and this will be over! Brujah is headed outside the ring now and rolls Snake inside!"
Nick Page: "This is it!”
Shawna Johnson: "What the hell?"
Nick Page: "The ref just stopped counting! What the hell does he think he is doing? Brujah is up and in his face!"
Shawna Johnson: "Oh no. This can’t be good"
Nick Page: "Indeed it isn’t folks and I think Brujah just caught a whiff of Fassario’s overpriced cologne as he turns around and sees him there!"
Shawna Johnson: "Doesn’t he realize that Brujah could tear him apart?"
Nick Page: "I don’t think that is one of Fassario’s big concerns, I think he has bigger “Family” issues, and is settling one of them right now! What is Fassario doing now?"
Nick Page: "OH MY GOD! Chris Quinn just shattered that baseball bat over Brujah’s head! Why?"
Shawna Johnson: "Well, it is spring training."
Nick Page: "Snake Eyes is mobile again as Quinn takes off through the crowd! Where did Fassario go? Well, I don’t think it matters! Snake Eyes throws an arm over Brujah!"
Shawna Johnson: "Oh, and a fast count just to make sure! I don’t think you have to worry about that!"
Nick Page: "No question there folks! Brujah is out and he needs medical attention more than anything!"
Irv Coyner: "Here is your winner and NEW GENERATION CHAMPION is Snake Eyes!"
Nick Page: "What a truly brutal match. I can't believe either man survived that mayhem."
Shawna Johnson: "I think I'm going to be sick."
Nick Page: "Hold that thought, something is happening backstage."
Quinn: "I think you dropped your Snicker's bar, Softy Bitch! You wanted a match and ran in to prove it, and I am agreeing to it and returning the favor. After the PPV, Krank, you and me in a high incident scaffold match. I will even put the Cruiserweight title in it. Let's throw in some TLC also, just to make this fair for you."
Nick Page: "Looks like Quinn just got himself a bit of retribution for KrANK's unwarranted attack last week. Let that be a lesson to all of you young folk out there, whatever you do to others is going to come back to you."
Shawna Johnson: "So when you do it, be sure to hospitalize the mo-fo to delay the retribution as much as possible."
Nick Page: "Shawna, there are impressionable youngsters watching this broadcast. Great, now some idiot twelve year old is going to drop his cousin on his head and we're going to get sued. Jesus."
Shawna Johnson: "Calm down Nicky, I'm sure the censors will take care of it."
Nick Page: "Shawna, we're live, there are no censors."
Shawna Johnson: "Well fuck."
Nick Page: "SHAWNA, NO CENSORS! We better get started on our next match, before a real disaster strikes."
Shawna Johnson: "What did I say?"
Irv Coyner: "The Following match is for the TV title. Introducing first from New Orleans, Louisiana, Weighing 150lbs. The TV Title Champion.. Stephanie McKinney!"
**As the arena is plunged into darkness "Beautiful People" by Marilyn Manson starts over the loudspeakers. Red strobes shoot through the arena with laser sharp precision as the entranceway is engulfed in black smoke. As the smoke clears we see Stephanie is wearing a black T-Shirt with white lettering 'Death From Above' and black button up leather pants and black combat boots. She appears to take no notice of anyone as she makes her way to the ring in a very determined manner. As she approaches the ring she throws the Television Title at the timekeeper and then jumps up on the apron grabbing the top rope and catapults herself over it landing inside the ring.**
Irv Coyner: "And her opponent and challenger for the TV title. From A van.. down by the river, weighing 245lbs. BOXCAR WILLY!"
**"When Worlds Collide" by Powerman 5000 blasts over the PA system as Boxcar Willy walks out slowly to the ring, he jumps over the top rope and stares down Stephanie McKinney smirking at her annoucing he is gonna win her title**
Nick Page: "There's the bell and it looks like we are ready for this stunning TV title match. Boxcar Willy first to make a impact grabbing McKinney by the hair and using it for a hairtake over to put her down on the ground. Willy climbs on top of her still holding onto her hair and slams her head against the matt. McKinney spins Willy over and hits him across the face with a big slap, Willy seems to smile and like it as McKinney is on top of him. McKinney quickly gets off him disgusted as Willy backs toward the ropes."
Shawna Johnson: "McKinney doesn't really look like she wants to fight this match. Seems to be disgusted by Boxcar Willy."
Nick Page: "McKinney runs in for a dropkick to Willys face but Willy slides out of the way and McKinney slides out of the ring but uses the ropes to slide herself back in, kicking Boxcar Willy in the head on the way back and into the corner. McKinney back to her feet picks up Willy in the corner and sets him onto the top rope going for a superplex. Willy blocks it and hooks McKinney and spins around with her taking her down with a top rope Tornado DDT!."
Shawna Johnson: "My gawd!, what a move!. Boxcar willy with the cover now."
Nick Page: "Close call, I think Willy is catching Stephanie off guard. Willy picks McKinney back up to her feet and hooks her for a snap suplex and takes her down. He picks her up again and goes for a vertical suplex this time. McKinney is up in the air but leans back and drives Willy into the matt hard with a Flowing DDT. McKinney quickly puts the boots to Boxcar Willy on the ground who is aching in pain from that DDT."
Shawna Johnson: "Both competitors are showing there agility in this match. But if McKinney keeps getting caught off guard all the time she will have to worry about where her TV title goes!"
Nick Page: "McKinney picks up Willy and whips him at the ropes she runs at the side of him by the ropes and as Willy runs toward the other ropes McKinney hits Willy with a facebuster. McKinney goes by Boxcar Willys legs and grabs both of them and.. Wishbone Leg Splitter *Cringes*"
Shawna Johnson: "I think all men who are watching this just went "oooooh". I think they feel his pain!"
Nick Page: "I know I do!, Willy holding himself as McKinney holds her hands up in celebration. McKinney rolls out of the ring and it looks like she is going to do some nasty damage to Willy, who doesn't look like he is going to be moving. McKinney pulls a steel chair out from under the ring and throws it in. If she does that she will be DQ'd!"
Shawna Johnson: "She will also keep the title!"
Nick Page: "Willy getting back up to his feet as McKinney slides back into the ring, Willy charges at her and takes down with a clothesline. Willy pulls McKinney towards the corner, it looks like he is going for The Train Wreck. He has McKinney up on the top rope but McKinney pushes him off and Willy lands on the matt with his feet. What agility!"
Shawna Johnson: "I don't think McKinney realises.. she has her back to Willy and it looks like she is going to pull off a move."
Nick Page: "McKinney dives off backwards for a moonsault but Willy takes a few steps forward and grabs her in mid air and drops her down with a shoulder breaker. Boxcar willy with the cover on McKinney."
Shawna Johnson: "McKinney kicked out with aggression on that one, I think she's starting to get pissed off with Willy now!"
Nick Page: "Willy readies himself for McKinney as she gets back up to her feet. He charges in for a clothesline only to be met by a big Karate Kick to the face sending Willy to the ground. McKinney reaches down and picks up the steel chair, the referee warns her if she uses it she will be DQ'd."
Shawna Johnson: I don't think she cares."
Nick Page: "SLAM!.. She just cracked Boxcar willy over the back with that steel chair shot. The referee is calling for the bell and SLAM!. Down goes the referee.. McKinney slides out of the ring and grabs her TV title and starts leaving out of the arena."
Irv Coyner: "Your Winner as a result of a Disqualification, and Still TV title Champion. STEPHANIE McKINNEY!"
Nick Page: "McKinney retains her title, but I don't think Boxcar Willy is just going to give up the fight after that kind of match. No doubt he'll be looking for some paybacks of his own."
Shawna Johnson: "And you all remember what I said about paybacks."
Nick Page: "LORD NO! Go to commercial, and I mean now damnit!"
Nick Page: "Well folks, it's time we've come to the most exciting part of tonight's card."
Shawna Johnson: "It's hard to believe it will get any better than what we've already seen, but I know if anyone can bring a show to the table, it's the superstars that are lined up in the next two matches."
Nick Page: "And with the new president "Dangerous" Danny Firestarter lending more weight to both of these matches, they are sure to be two terrific confrontations."
Irv Coyner: "Ladies and gentlemen, the following triangle match will be for the TWF WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP! Introducing first, weighing in at four hundred and eighty six pounds. Accompanied to the ring by "The Systematic Assassin" Logan Treasure! Established in 1873, TOMMY DRAKE AND RUSSEL MORRIS!"
**The lights kick to darkness as on the TitanTron it shows a rusted old sign in a junkyard...it zooms in to say "Drake and Morris,Est.1873" as suddenly it kicks into The Hives "Hate to Say I told you so"...
Do what I please gonna spread the disease because I wanna
gonna call all the shots for the "No"s and the "Not"s because I wanna
YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!
The lights kick up as the TitanTron flashes images of Russell Morris and Tommy Drake in action as emerging from the curtains is well. Russell Morris in his red warm up pants and boots. Tommy Drake in his black warm up jacket and pants, with black boots and behind them is "The Systematic Assassin" Logan Treasure in a t-shirt and khaki's as they come out to screams. The team grins as they pace down the ramp and stop midway...then run straight into the ring and to opposite turnbuckles posing their arms high in the air as the camera's go off and Logan watches.**
Irv Coyner: "Also in this match. They weigh in at a combined five hundred and fifty five pounds. Maxx Devlin and Mike Irwin. SIMPLY THRILLING DUDES!"
**Everything goes black and words blast over the speakers..
"Dare you say.... Simply Thrilling?"
Nirvana's "You know you're right" blasts over the speaker as Kurt Cobain yells..
PAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIIINN...
PAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIINN... You know you're right!
The titantron lights up with parts from S.T.D's career taking apart teams and making them bleed and themselves getting back up. Pyros go off by the entrance as Maxx and Mike come out with there TWF World tag team titles around there waist dressed in S.T.D. t-shirts and they both put there arms in the air as more pyros go off and the S.T.D. logo spins around on the ring. Maxx and Mike walk towards the ring and slide inside, they jump up alternate turnbuckles and unstrap there belts and hold them high. They jump down as the song dies out and the lights return to normal and take off there S.T.D. t-shirts and hand them and there belts to the ref going to a corner to talk about strategies for the match**
Irv Coyner: "And finally, weighing in at a combined four hundred and sixteen pounds. the TWF WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS! THE CAROLINA MARAUDERS!"
**The lights flicker and Freeman's voice is heard over the PA, "Mother fucker I told y'all" followed by "I Told Y'all" by Petey Pablo. The Carolina Marauders come out from behind the curtain and smile at the fans who cheer loudly for them. They slowly walk to the ring tauntingly smiling at all the fans and waving at the female fans. They slide into the ring and pose on all of the turnbuckles doing the title belt motion around their empty waists, their titles still in STD's possession.**
Nick Page: "Looks like Freeman and Robinson want those titles back from the Dudes."
Shawna Johnson: "Well if they do, winning this match would certainly prove their ownership."
Nick Page: "Maxx and Robinson starting things off as Maxx charges and catches Robinson unaware in the gut with a knee. Maxx of the ropes and drops an elbow to the back of Robinson's head sending him to the canvas. Maxx taunts Freeman on the outside and Freeman looks like he'll jump over the ropes but stops himself."
Shawna Johnson: "Freeman showing some restraint here, it's good to see he's keeping a cool head in this pivotal match."
Nick Page: "Maxx pulls Robinson back on his feet and sends him to the ropes. Robinson comes back and rocks Maxx with a back elbow, rolling to the corner of Drake and Morris and tagging Russel in. Russel slips between the ropes and looks to be confident in this match, giving Maxx time to come to his senses."
Shawna Johnson: "I understand respecting Maxx's seniority, but don't give him an advantage."
Nick Page: "I'm sure Logan Treasure is saying just that to Morris as Morris locks horns with Maxx. Morris breaks free and wraps around Maxx's waist from behind. Maxx serves him a few elbows to the gut and slips out, Maxx grabs Morris by the head and drops him with a DDT. Morris is back up though and swings, Maxx ducks it and grabs Morris from behind, bridging back suplex."
Shawna Johnson: "Still a little early for the pin, but I think Morris learned his lesson as he is rolling towards the Marauder's corner."
Nick Page: "But Maxx grabs his leg and stops him before he can make a tag. Maxx pulls Morris to the middle of the ring and locks in a quick half Boston on Morris. Freeman charges in the ring and drops Maxx with a forearm smash to the back of the head. The referee pushing Freeman out of the ring as Maxx and Russel crawl towards their corners."
Shawna Johnson: "Morris changes strategies half-way through and tags in Freeman! Maxx gets the tag to Mike. Mike and Freeman in the ring and Freeman gets a dropkick to the chops from Mike Irwin! That should take him down a notch."
Nick Page: "Drake and Morris using their down time to talk strategy with Treasure on the outside. Meanwhile Mike pulls Freeman to his feet, and snap-mare, but no, Freeman refuses to go over shoving Mike off of him. Mike turns, Freeman with a boot to the midsection. Freeman off the ropes, swining neckbreaker!"
Shawna Johnson: "A nice turn around by Freeman. Freeman shooting a look over at Maxx now, taunting him on the outside. Maxx in the ring, but Freeman ducks a wide shot. Freeman hits Maxx from behind with a bulldog. Robinson joins the fight. Drake and Morris staying to the outside. The ref is going crazy trying to keep things under control!"
Nick Page: "Robinson stomps at Maxx while Freeman turns his attention back to Mike. Freeman pulls him up, but Mike drops to his knees with a jawbreaker on Freeman! Mike with a lazy cover."
Shawna Johnson: "Not enough. Freeman and Mike back on their feet, Freeman still a bit dazed. Mike tags in Tommy Drake and gives him a look. Drake takes the cue and Mike whips Freeman to Drake who picks him up and drops him with a pancake to the mat! Some good teamwork by members of opposite teams, I guess their mutual distaste for the Marauders is coming into play."
Nick Page: "Well, originally the two teams were going to be on one another's side tonight, I can imagine they have at least talked over some teamwork strategies. But now, it's all for one and one for all. Drake pulling Robinson back up and fires him into the turnbuckle. Drake charges in and hits him with a splash. Drake hoisting Freeman on the top rope. Robinson making a move to come in, but is cut off by a dropkick from Morris that sends him back out of the ring. Drake with a double underhook superplex! Devastating."
Shawna Johnson: "Kickout, unbelievable. You've got to hand it to the Marauders, they're tougher than shoe leather."
Nick Page: "No doubt about that. Freeman heading for the STD corner. That's probably a bad idea on his part. Morris pulling himself to his feet. Freeman goes for the tag, but Maxx and Mike won't take it. They're leaving Freeman stranded! Morris steps over Freeman and tags in Mike Irwin. What did he go and do that for?"
Shawna Johnson: "I don't know, chalk it up to rookie mistake I suppose. Mike in the ring and pulls Freeman to his feet. Freeman lashes out with a few fists, but Mike fires some of his own back, and rounds it off with a European uppercut sending Freeman staggering backwards. Irwin grabs Freeman and drops him with a pulling piledriver as Robinson is forced to look on."
Nick Page: "He can't be happy about that. Morris and Drake talking more strategy on the outside, it's obvious they're taking this match seriously, and relying on Logan's intimate wrestling knowledge to get the leg-up. Irwin puts Freeman into the ropes and drops him with a hard lariat. Irwin pulls Freeman back to his feet, and slides behind him. Downunder Driver! Could this be the end of the match?"
Shawna Johnson: "I highly doubt it. There are six men standing outside the ring right now that don't want to see Irwin get the pin."
Nick Page: "And here comes one of them. Robinson in the ring, but the ref cutts him off. Mike using the distraction to blatantly choke out Freeman in the ring. Russel Morris in the ring and hits Mike Irwin with a dropkick to the face!"
Shawna Johnson: "I guess he didn't want to see it go down like that."
Nick Page: "You've got to give the kid credit for that giant heart of his. Mike dazed and staggering towards his corner. Freeman crawling towards Drake and Morris. Freeman gets a tag to Drake, Mike tags in Maxx. Drake and Devlin in the ring. Devlin dropkicks Drake to the chops, but Drake bats it away and Maxx falls flat on his back. Drake comes off the ropes quickly and leg drop, but Maxx rolls away and Drake is left holding his leg. Maxx pulls Drake forcefully to his feet and puts him into the ropes. Maxx with a back body drop, but Drake leapfrogs him. Drake coming back around and jumps up on Maxx's shoulders for a huricanranna, but twists around to the electric chair position and REVERSE DDT!"
Shawna Johnson: "Awesome! Drake is just so amazingly fast in the ring. It's hard to keep a bead on him for very long."
Nick Page: "He certainly isn't making it easy for anyone in the ring tonight. Drake pulls Maxx to his feet. He's looking over at Morris. Drake grabs Maxx and runs to the turnbuckles. Shady Protocol!"
Shawna Johnson: "Could this be it?"
Nick Page: "Look on the outside! Logan just pulled Robinson and Freeman off the apron! Drake going for the pin."
Shawna Johnson: "Mike tries to intervene, but it's already too late. Russel in the ring, but Treasure is already ahead of him, he grabs Mike from behind and GERMAN SUPLEX! Logan Treasure just hit Mike Irwin with a German Suplex, he could have seriously endangered his own health with that move but we have new TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS!"
Irv Coyner: "Here are your winners and new TWF TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS! RUSSEL MORRIS AND TOMMY DRAKE!"
Nick Page: "Well it couldn't have happened to two more dedicated, and deserving competitors."
Shawna Johnson: "Yes, but will their inexperience in the ring allow them to hold on to those titles for very long? Logan really is going to have his work cut out for him. It's easy to convince a young wrestler to train when he's losing his matches, but when he's winning gold, and beating opponents, the discipline is much tougher."
Nick Page: "How very insightful of you Shawna. It is too true however, but I'm hoping they have just the same measure ofsuccess that STD did in keeping their titles for an unprecedented amount of time."
Shawna Johnson: "Well one guy who's going to have trouble holding on to his title is Luke Von Erich. Just last week he defeated "Franchise" Johnny Hawke and took the world title, now, thanks to new president "Dangerous" Danny Firestarter he has to defend his newly won title against Jared Blazer, with the number one contendor, Steve Somers as the guest referee. Who will Somers favor to win the match?"
Nick Page: "Well really I don't see how either man would be a pushover for Somers, but given the amount of trash talking Jared Blazer has been doing lately, I'm sure Somers is going to have a bit of beef with him."
Shawna Johnson: "Well no time like the present to find out."
Irv Coyner: "And now, the special guest referee for tonights Main Event, "THE ONE MAN SHOW" STEVE SOMERS!"
Irv Coyner: "Ladies and gentlemen it's time for tonights MAIN EVENT! The following contest is scheduled for one fall and will be for the TWF WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP! Also on the line tonight is the rights to the name "The Untouchables." Introducing first, hailing from Detroit, Michigan and weighing in at two hundred and seventy five pounds. He is the CHALLENGER, "THE NEXT BEST THING" JARED BLAZER!"
Let the bodies hit the floor
Let the bodies hit the floor
Let the bodies hit the floor
Let the bodies hit the........
.....FLOOOOOOOOOOR!!
Blazer steps out onto the entrance ramp, as "Bodies", by Drowning Pool eminates throughout the arena. Lasers and pyrotechnics go off, as a display of neon yellow and green light flood the entrance way. Blazer pauses at the top of the ramp, arms outstretched, almost as if trying to absorb the fans' electricity in an embrace, before recoiling his arms in a bicep flex. He makes his way to the ring, nodding in approval at the fans' screams, as chants of "NBT!" "NBT!" roar through the capacity crowd. He slides underneath the bottom rope, and makes his way to the turnbuckle, once again with arms outstretched, before dismounting the turnbuckle and looking over at Somers who seems to be unimpressed.**
Irv Coyner: "His opponent. Fighting out of Dallas, Texas and weighing in at a two hundred and fifty seven pounds. He is a third generation wrestler and YOUR TWF WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION! LUKE VON ERICH!"
Nick Page: "Absolutely no doubt who the fans are rooting for tonight. Von Erich is loosening up as he hands the title over to Steve Somers, who holds it up in the air and hands it out of the ring."
Shawna Johnson: "Who knows, that could be the only time Steve Somers gets to touch that gold."
Nick Page: "Von Erich and Blazer circling the ring preparing for what could be one of the toughest fights either one of them has had to engage in their TWF careers at least."
Shawna Johnson: "And what about Steve Somers as the referee. I mean, essentialy he can decide whom he'll be facing at Clash of the Titans, you've got to assume that's affecting both LVE and Jared Blazer's game tonight."
Nick Page: "Von Erich and Blazer lock horns and this match is underway. Blazer powers Von Erich backwards and into the turnbuckle. Steve Somers slides between the two men, seperating them. Blazer is questioning Somers' call."
Shawna Johnson: "Well as you may know, a wrestler touching the ropes can't be held Somers is just following the rules."
Nick Page: "Von Erich and Blazer lock horns again, and this time it's Von Erich who powers Blazer back into the corner. I don't see Somers interjecting now as LVE laces Blazer's chest with a knife edge chop. Blazer lashes back, grabbing LVE and switching places with him, putting LVE in the corner. Somers sliding between the men again. Well I guess it's no secret Somers doesn't want to give Blazer any advantage in this match."
Shawna Johnson: "Oh, just lighten up."
Nick Page: "Blazer arguing with Somers who is smirking hautily, and telling him to focus on his match, not on his calling. I think that's just a bit ludicrous. LVE wraps Blazer's waist from behind and pulls him up and over with a back suplex. LVE back on his feet and Blazer is back up as well. Blazer ducks a lariat from LVE and knees him in the gut. Blazer pulls LVE quickly off his feet and puts him down with a long hanging brainbuster."
Shawna Johnson: "They aren't wasting any time going for the power moves. And why should they? Both of them know this match isn't going to be won with hammerlocks and scoop slams, why waist their time and energy with something like that when they can go for the high impact, devastating moves."
Nick Page: "Blazer pulling LVE up to his feet, and LVE firing a shot into Blazer's solar plexus. Blazer looks to have got the wind knocked out of him as LVE throws him to the ropes and hits him with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker! A tremendous move by LVE! LVE drops Blazer to the mat and grabs his legs, LVE could be looking to lock something tough in here, but Blazer pushes him away with his feet. LVE falls into the ropes and comes off with a fistdrop, but nobodies home."
Shawna Johnson: "What was LVE thinking there? Blazer was nearly on his feet before he went for the fistdrop, he could have at least gone for a lariat, or a dropkick or something."
Nick Page: "LVE back to his feet, but Blazer isn't going to let him stay there for long. Blazer with a boot to the gut. Gutwrench powerbomb. Blazer holds on for the pin, but Somers is asleep at the wheel. He doesn't seem to be paying attention at all. Blazer is yelling at Somers."
Shawna Johnson: "Hmm, he must be tired. I know the hotel the TWF booked me in was such a dump. I mean, paper thin walls. I heard some girl screaming in ecstacy all night. I mean, goodness, you'd think..."
Nick Page: "I hardly think that's the case at all."
Shawna Johnson: "Kickout. Did you see that, Blazer barely got a one count with that move. LVE is just unstoppable tonight."
Nick Page: "Blazer on his feet and arguing with Somers. LVE from behind with an inside cradle. Somers drops to the mat in a hurry."
Nick Page: "Jared Blazer barely escapes that lightning fast pinfall count. Blazer jumping to his feet, he shoots Somers a look, but he's not falling into that trap again. Blazer turning his attention back to LVE. Blazer goes for LVE, but LVE drops him with a drop toe hold and rolls it into an STF. Blazer reaching out for the ropes, and he has a hold of them. Somers not doing much to stop the hold, but LVE, respectfully drops the hold, at least he still has HIS integrity."
Shawna Johnson: "Well if there is one thing that LVE represents, it's integrity. You can't buy those values in the bargain bin."
Nick Page: "Blazer getting to his feet and LVE doesn't give him a moment's respite keeping him subdued with some chops to the chest and sending him across the ring to the turnbuckle. LVE charges in and puts his shoulder into Blazer's gut. Blazer doubled over. LVE puts Blazer up on the top rope. LVE struggling to maintain his balance up top, and Blazer is shaking him off, peppering Blazer with shots to the chest. LVE flies off and lands on the ring. Blazer standing up on the top rope, turns around ASAI MOONSAULT!"
Shawna Johnson: "Blazer really wowed us with that one. Hooking the leg, and Somers looks sleepy again."
Nick Page: "C'mon, this is just unfair."
Shawna Johnson: "kickout. What did I tell you Nick LVE is a fighter to the core."
Nick Page: "LVE now giving Somers a harsh look. I don't think he's really in on the screwjob. LVE pulling Blazer back up. Blazer into the ropes, but he reverses it, sending LVE to the ropes instead. LVE coming back and Blazer nearly throws him out of the ring with an overhead belly to belly suplex! Dear God! Did you see LVE fly across the ring! It's like he hit a trampoline."
Shawna Johnson: "Blazer getting to his feet and LVE is trying to shake off the cobwebs. Blazer takes it to LVE hitting him up with some hard forearm shots to the back as LVE struggles to get to his feet. Blazer pulls LVE up and holds him in the air, Tiger Driver! Blazer holding on for the pin."
Nick Page: "And again, Somers is slow to count."
Nick Page: "Kickout by LVe, but with a count that slow, it's not hard to guess why. LVE back in Somers face again and he's really laying in to him, standing face to face with him. Blazer turns his attention back to LVE stomping at him and kicking him. Blazer looking menacingly at Somers and I think they might come to blows if Somers doesn't shape up."
Shawna Johnson: "That wouldn't be too smart, seeing as that would cost him his chance at the title."
Nick Page: "Some things are more important than titles. Blazer going back to the attack on LVE. Blazer fires him hard into the turnbuckle. Blazer pointing a warning finger at Somers as he puts LVE up on the top rope. The Elite Maker! That could be it for LVE. Blazer moving over to LVE, he's pulling him on his feet again. This might REALLY be it. Blazer goes to the corner and Blaze of Glory! Blazer pointing a menacing finger at Steve Somers as he goes down for the pin. Somers is standing with his arms crossed over his chest. I've never seen such an obstinate display of rebellion by a man in the black and white."
Shawna Johnson: "This isn't just any man, it's Steve Somers."
Nick Page: "That doesn't change a damn thing. Blazer in Somers face now and jawing it off with him. Blazer goes back down on LVE for the pin. Somers refuses to make the count."
Shawna Johnson: "Maybe he's on strike."
Nick Page: "Blazer back in Somers face. Somers just shoved Blazer. Blazer doesn't look to happy. Blazer with a knee to the gut of Somers! Blazer grabs Somers, BLAZE OF GLORY! Blazer just put Somers down and out on the mat! Hold on, who is that coming to the ring? "DANGEROUS" DANNY FIRESTARTER IS SPRINTING TO THE RING!"
Shawna Johnson: "He's probably going to reprimand Blazer for attacking a TWF Official."
Nick Page: "That's no TWF Official, it's just the biggest SOB in the business. Blazer looking at DDF as he slides in and looks at LVE, still out cold on the mat. Blazer shrugs and drops down, hooking the leg. DDF is making the count!"
Nick Page: "The new president just gave The Next Best thing the World title! What in blue blazes is going on here? Folks we are out of time, we'll see you at Clash of the Titans!"
