My dad is near,
But he is far.
It just seems so weird,
Because we're apart.
My dad is here,
But he is there.
I always shed a tear,
Because its hard to bare.
I know he's here,
Because he's in my heart.
He will always be near,
No matter what spreads us apart.
I know he's near,
So I show no fear.
He's wherever I walk,
He's with me whenever I talk.
He's with me for comfort,
whenI shed into tears.
He showed every effort,
To take away all my fears.
