Only You
You never need to doubt my love,
This heart is ever true.
And in the hours we're apart,
I think of only you
Yours is the only smile I need,
To start my day off right.
Yours are the only arms I want,
Around me through the night.
I want to hold your hand and walk,
Through leaves of red and gold.
To sit beside you near the fire,
When winter winds blow cold.
To splash through puddles in the rain,
The world alive with spring.
To picnic in a field of flowers.
And hear the bluebirds sing.
I want to spend my life with you,
T know your love alone.
For only you have won my heart,
It is your very own
