1. Share nothing not even legal things.
2. Use lesser known p2p services like tesla instead of kazaa
3. Don't download high profile MUSIC like Madonna Metallica etc.
4. dont go to the chat rooms and talk thats a good way to let someone know who you are
5. Don't do anything stupid like share your whole hard drive. If you do people/the government know everything you do including keystrokes websites you've visited etc.
6. run an adaware scan weekly to make sure there is no spyware on your system.
