Meat Jun

1 to 1 1/2 lbs. Thinly Sliced Beef (Round works good)
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Clove Garlic (Minced)
1 Inch of Ginger Root (Minced)
2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil

Combine all ingredients, and marinate at least 1 1/2 hrs. Best to marinate overnight. Drain meat, coat with flour, dip in egg, & deep fry at med heat, until golden. I like to cook one piece at a time. While one piece is cooking, you can flour & egg the next piece. Drain on paper towels.
