What the ....??

The Original BWA AnArChy Season 1 Finale...:
With only one camera, and the shortest amount of daylight that we had ever had to tape with to that point, the Season Finale was, well, stressed for time. To make matters a tad bit more difficult, people were showing up/not showing up at an alarming rate. Also, despite the importance of the First Season Finale, we still were forced to wait around for quite some time before actually begining the taping. In the end, we were filming the Main Event (which was taped VERY early on) with only one camera and from a fixed position. Then, after a certain stunt was pulled off, the BWA was forced to vacate the property and because the Main Event was taped so early, we ended up with only about 3 whole matches (most of which ended sloppily or with run-ins) and a Main Event that was almost completely unwatchable. It was decided to RE-tape the Season Finale, and so, 4 months later, the show was booked with new matches and re-taped at Close & Co. After seven hours of taping/prep, the OFFICIAL Season Finale for BWA Anarchy Season 1 was complete and A WHOLE lot better than the original Season Finale! Plans to release the matches that were taped at the original show are now being talked over.
BWA Practice Rumble:
This announcement was posted on the Schedules page more for the BWA wrestlers than any other people. This was one of the few occasions where the wrestlers got together and just practice moves and such. And why? Well, most likely for no other reason other than...
"Ring" rust is a scary thing.
So, with Spring Break in full swing and the Season Premiere on the horizon, a few BWA wrestlers met at the Field to practice with no mats, no cushions, no frills, just wrestling practice. So, nevertheless, there was no OFFICIAL card for this event, as a matter of fact, its rumored that a few of the wrestlers actually prepared for the matches that they would fight at the Season Premiere at the Practice. But, no matter what occured at the practice, theres no reason to post a whole "card" for it.
What about the Winter Show???:
Why is the Winter Show so short? Well, for a few reasons:
First of all, the original card called for a couple of the bigger matches on the card involved a few wrestlers that for some reason or another were not able to attend the show. So, those matches were already scrapped even before the Winter Show was about to be taped.

Another reason is because the Booking Sheet was lost before the show actually began, and since the card was never pre-posted on the website, there were no spare copies. So what matches were able to be taped were only that way because people could remember who everyone was supposed to fight. No word on where the paper ended up, and no fingers are being (directly) pointed (right??).

Anyways, the Winter Show wasn't exactly gonna get completely finished in the first place due to the fact that some wrestlers already weren't at the show and because the Winter Show was the second show to be taped that day, just about everyone was exhausted, sick, injurred, or a combination of there of. So by the end of the day, so very few matches were taped because of that. In the end, the Winter Show will showcase around 3 matches and 1-2 promos, taking the shape more or less of a highlight film. However, what is great about the Winter Show is the sheer quality of the matches. Some matches (including one higly-anticipated Heavyweight bout) lasted upwards of 10 MINUTES which is about TWICE as long as some BWA matches, if not more! So, all in all, the show turned out to be a decent show that will make a fine edition to anyone's video shelves.

The Field:
From Episode 2 - Episode 4, the Field is where the BWA filmed and held all of its events. The field is a uniquie and great place to film/hold the events because of its location. The field is actually located in a residential neighborhood, yet the big open (and not privately owned) lot serves as the pefect place to hold shows and the neighbors seem to not even care as long as the music, crowd, and vulgarities are not so loud that anyone can be annoyed or disturbed by it. The BWA continues to hold practices there, however, there are no plans to go back to filming events at the Field.
The Second Season of BWA Anarchy...:
Well, in case anyone DIDN'T notice, the second season of BWA Anarchy never actually happpened. The first show (the 4/20 show) was a legendary mess (if you wannna see what happened, check out the "Curiosity" thread on the message board) and so the second episode never actually took place. However, with this new 3 "actual" shows a year, schedule, BWA Anarchy as an actual bi-monthly show is well..no more. However, The Reunion Show, The Winter Show, and a new Summer Show are going to be taking place and will be longer, better shows. The original date for Episode 2 was the 25th of MAY and after about 4 months, the BWA returned for a show on the 28th of September, 2002 in the new format.

Winter Hiatus:

The BWA may hold a few shows here and there durring the months of December, January, February, and March, most noteably of which is the "BWA WINTER SHOW" that is mentioned above. It will be taped sometime after BWA: Vindication and will just be an all out crazy wrestling show, bringing our first season's total show count to 14!!!! However, due to extreme weather fluxuations, the BWA will not schedule any other shows durring the Winter this far in advance. The BWA will resume taping schedule on April 6th or April 20th depending on weather/end of spring break. The first show back from winter hiatus will be THE MOST EXTREME BWA SHOW EVER! So keep checking back!

MORE TO COME!!!
