First let me tell you a little about myself. My name is Michael Lowe and I live in Bensalem, PA (Philly suburb). I am 23 years old and work full time as a 9-1-1 Dispatcher and part time as an Emergency Medical Technician.
	I have a fascination with tattoos, all aspects of them from the thought process to the finished tattoo. This is a major decision that the person will have to live with for the rest of there lives. Personally, at this point in my life, I only have five tattoos, but let me tell you, there are more to come.
