
THE OLLIE
Put your back foot on the tail, and your front foot either in front of the back nuts, or behind the front nuts. The closer to the back nuts it is, the higher your ollie will be. Then slam your back foot down as hard as possible, and slide your front foot to the nose, and even out the board. Here your knees should try to be sucked up to your chest as much as possible (it depends how high it is). Then Just land and roll off. This is how your feet should be while doing the ollie.
THE KICK FLIP
Be sure that your ollie is down right and everything. If you feel that you are ready to attempt this trip, go ahead. Do the ollie, the while sliding your front foot up, flick the (if in "normal") right side of the bored (if in "goofy" the left). Then suck up your legs. When it does a full turn catch the bored with you feet and get ready for impact, and land. Then just roll off.
