Idler Arm Brace
Automotive Customizer's idler arm brace prevents premature wear and damage to the idler arm, which is a common problem with lifted Nissans. No modifications needed to install. Bolt on using original hardware.
Steering Stabilizer
Stabilizers improve vehicle handling and steering responce. They also help reduce bumpsteer and steering wheel shimmy when running larger wheels.
Improved steering system
Calmini's new, complete replacement steering system is designed to remedy the chronic problem of the idler arm and centerlink.

Steering
I've bent, broken and twisted many idler arms, tierod ends and centerlinks since I've purchased this truck back in 1994. Nissan's steering just doesn't cut it off road.
The idler arm appears to be the weakest point in the steering system. The shaft is thin and very easy to bend. The idler arm bushings wear out fast on lifted vehicles with larger wheels and will throw off wheel alignment. An affordable fix is to rebuild it by replacing the bushings, but it is beyond repair if the arm is bent or damaged. Automotive Customizer's idler arm brace rids this problem entirely.
The centerlink is another weak point. Extreme tierod angles due to cranking the torsion bars and larger wheels with less back-spacing will rapidly wear out the centerlink. Extreme tierod angles cause the centerlink to twist uppwards, and sometimes gouge the frame.
