If you have time and are tired
of the bright lights of the LV strip, you should rent a car and visit
Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. The scenic drive is only
a 20 min long and takes you to the border of Nevada and Arizona. Left: the basic
tour of the dam brought us to the bottom of the dam. Below: This clock shows Nevada
time, while another clock just a few feet away shows Arizona time. The dam is situated
between the 2 states.
