The company has been founded by Marius and Tracy Lee Demirgian. Marius' own success in this field inspired them to set up this company to help businesses in the United Kingdom to benefit from the services of the many highly experienced and qualified personnel from his home country of Romania and other Eastern European countries. There are a wealth of skilled personnel there with much to offer the hospitality industry in the UK.
Marius came to the UK in 2002 to take up employment as a waiter. He had previously been a restaurant manager in Bucharest (The Intercontinental Hotel, The Grande Casino and The Marriot Hotel), and had also worked in Germany and Austria.
He started from the bottom at the age of fifteen and gradually worked his way to the top, gaining skills, experience and qualifications along the way. His vast experience has enabled him to gauge the requirements of his employers and their customers. It didn't take him long after his arrival in the UK to to attain his previous role of restaurant manager when he was working at The Manor Hotel.
