Scene One: The Locker Room
The XWA comes back from a long commercial break and the arena is empty. All the janitors are cleaning up the arena for XWA's next PPV, RAGE. Xtreme Demon and Shane Lobo will be doing a show on RAGE a little later on today. As for now, the cameras begin to go on and the titintron turns on. Banging on something begins to be heard as the cameras go into the locker room of Dark Angel. Xtreme Demon is standing next to a punching bag, holding it as Dark Angel punches into it.
Xtreme Demon: Come on, give it all you got. Just because you beat one, does not mean your the best.
Pressured by the words, Dark Angel continues to punch. Giving harder jabs and stronger kicks. Fianlly Xtreme Demon tell's him to drop and do some push-ups. Dark Angel contines to do what he is told and works out for a very long time. Finally Xtreme Demon says it is over. Dark Angel gets up and sits down. He begins to drink a lot of water.
Dark Angel: Damn man. I am working my ass off. I already beat Heatseeker with no sweat and now I got a United State's title match againist Kurt Angel at RAGE. This is just going perfect. I am making my way up the ranks. It seem's as I watch matches of Kurt Angle, that he is a challenge. He might not be as easy as Heatseeker but I sure in the hell will make sure that work damn hard. XWA seem's to be a great place for me to start out and since this is my first, I am going to make sure all the people will like me as I defeat all of my opponents. I wonder how Heatseeker feel's to lose to a new guy. Must be humiliating.
Xtreme Demon: Shut up man. Your ass got lucky. Let's see if you can win the title.
Dark Angel: Why in the hell are you so hard on me? Your a good guy. I love you as my trainer because you are my idol. I just dont know why your so hard on me.
Xtreme Demon: As a trainer, I am doing my duties. I am training you and I am doing it the correct way.
Xtreme Demon gets frustrated and then walks out. Dark Angel looks at the door and then cracks a grin. He stands up.
Dark Angel: Kurt Angle, the United States champion. Well pretty damn soon, things are going to change because the way I am going, I am going to make sure I fight a good match. I still dont know what people think of me yet but I will earn my respect around here. Kurt Angle should learn a few things about me before he steps into the ring. I am a man of my word and when I say I am going to be a tough opponent I mean it. I am not going to give up in the match. I am going to keep on fighting until I am uncatious but that will not happen because Kurt Angle is not strong enough. I mean sure, he has talent and he is the oylimpic gold medalist but I got more than that. I got the spirt of the dead. I am an angel and by means, I am an angel who NEVER fails. People will find out that I am similar to Xtreme Demon. I am going to fight my ass off to the top and work hard to get what I want. There is no way that I will let anybody walk over me and NY Killa should understand that to. The minute I get held back, I am out.
Dark Angel then is interupted by the door opening and closing. A man with a microphone and a tab of paper walks over to him.
Dark Angel: Who is the devils world are you?
Darren Shan: I am an interview from the Dark Wrestling Headquaters.
Dark Angel: What the hell do you want and what do you work for?
Darren Shan: The DWH keeps an eye out on all the top wrestling promotions and seek the evil or dark superstars. We set up a magazine on them each week and sit back and watch you grow. Vampiro and Sting was apart of our studios and so was Xtreme Demon.
Dark Angel: He never told me anything about you guys. Well what do you want?
Darren Shan: As the top staff member in the DWH, I have come to ask if I can have an interview with you for the next magazine. Do you have time?
Dark Angel: Sure go ahead and ask some questions.
Darren Shan: What is it like to be in your first promotion and tranined of the hands of Xtreme Demon?
Dark Angel: Well, since I was a kid, I wanted to be in the ring with the pro stars. I have always wanted to become one of the best in the world. I used to watch WWF all the time. Watching Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka and Andre The Jiant. It just made everything so damn interesting. Finally I grew up and I meet the legend, Xtreme Demon. I mean come on here, how often do you bump into a legend. We had lunched and talked and when I said how much of a fan I am, he offered to train me and bring me to the ring. I had to say yes for all I know and turns out he seems to be a nice guy with a very positve training attitude.
Darren Shan: How did you feel after you got out of the ring when you defeated Heatseeker?
Dark Angel: When I got out of the ring after defeating a superstar the fans liked, I knew that I started to earn some respect around here. I was just so happy that I won my debut match and since then, I could not wait to get into the ring. When I attacked Kurt Angle, I knew I was going to be in for a long time and Team Angle was tough but not enough for Xtreme Demon. I am ready for the challenge that awaits me on RAGE.
Darren Shan: What are your thoughs on your match and opponent?
Dark Angel: The way I see things, I would not have put myself in this match unless I knew I had a chance. I mean damn, it is my second match and I got a shot for gold. I could not wait until Sunday until I sat down and figured I need to train and do a lot more to win the gold. XWA is where I belong. I think I bring a good amount of talent for the people to view and nobody should disrespect me. Many legends have come and gone through the XWA but there is going to soon be a new one and that is me. Kurt Angle may have his backup or whatever but I have more. I have Shane Lobo, Chris Masters, and Xtreme Demon. They are my buddies here and they will protect me. I am ready to take anything Kurt Angle wants to give me and I will make sure that I can handle it. I am going to work hard to get what Kurt Angle has right now and I will win it and that is a fact. Be prepared Kurt Angle for the angel never fails.
