:: the WweX cameras begin rolling on the evening of May 12th 2003, just a week before the first episode of Monday Night Raw. The layout of the screen is a large building with the old WWE logo at the top of it, obviously the old headquarters of World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. The camera closes in on the building and fades but reopens in a narrow hallway. Nothing spectacular about it, its just a generic hallway seen in many government type buildings. There are scattered doors down each hallway. The camera pans down the hallway to see a lot of empty offices. It stops at one office door that still has a name plate intact - Shane McMahon - and the door is partially open so the camera man uses the camera to bump it open. The camera man steps into the office. The office is a living disgrace to every working man across the nation. It is about the size of most small income families entire house. Expensive paintings line each wall and the entire back half of the office is windowed with a balcony that steps out over to a beautiful view. Just a few feet away from those windows is a huge mahogany desk. Shane McMahon, son of WweX owner, Vincent K. McMahon sets behind a desk on a phone but is vigorously writing stuff down as he continues to talk. After a minute or so, former owner of the WcW drops the phone down and shakes his head in disgust before looking up at the camera and smirks. ::

"Hey Pops hows it going? I bet your the LAST person you expected to see on World Wrestling Entertainment Xtreme television huh? It just doesn't seem right does it? I suppose my time on the television screens across America is limited because I bet you have every lacky working for you right now searching for this broadcast and locating the signal huh? And when they find it? Kill it? I thought so, but I have been assured that I have five minutes atleast, and more depending on how experienced your crew is there. I won't waste any time on that note because what I have to say MUST be said. Vince, I am not here today as your son, because if I was, I'd be more disgusted with you than I am. When I heard about your investment in the WweX I felt that it was a move for the betterment of the WWE, until I found out, it wasn't a move for the WWE at all. It was you killing an idea that a hundred people was responsible for making. One of those hundred people was I, dad. I put my time and complete work into making the WWE name the biggest name in the history of wrestling. Hell when you were in your ratings wars with WcW, it was I who helped you build that rut. Brock Lesnar? Yeah, I'm responsible for finding him also. Look at some of your other big names dad. Hulk Hogan.. err. Mr. America! Scott Hall. You think your responsible for having those names? No, dad! I went to WcW and I purchased them. I BROUGHT the WCW to the WWE. I am responsible for making the WWE get through the hard times since then. And what happens? You went behind everyones back and sold the product that we made. What hurts is that you didn't stop there, you created the new brand of wrestling, the WweX and now you are marketing that relentlessly. Now Vince, with all that I have just told you, keep in mind, that you NEED ME. Maybe not today, but there will be a point when you realize that wrestling has hit its low and you need.. YOUR SON! Vince I'll save your company one day. I understand that you feel the WweX is all yours and you want to be greedy about it and keep all shares in it to yourself, but I also understand that your self-conscience about your appearance to the fans around the world. And with that in mind, I'm pinning you against the wall with this one. Vince.. Dad.. I'm challenging you for a stake in your company!!! Thats right Vince, I want a match against you at Ressurection. Don't be silly Vince, I know that even your pride wouldn't give up a shot at your son for a co-owner stake or a presidential stake in it. My suggestion is that, when I walk away from Ressurection with your ass defeated, I, Shane McMahon also walk away as the Commissioner of the WweX with full control over its superstars. And Vince, should your son lose to you, I will walk away from the wrestling scene altogether and forget about your current standing as the only wrestling promoter left. But keep in mind Vince.. YOU NEED ME!!! The decision is yours but I know where you'll be on this...."
