Sadubon's Legacy -- Sadubon's Empire
Sadubon's Legacy:
Sadubon's Legacy in looks is nothing more than a path in a beautiful valley. While it's relatively simple, it holds great importance for man and its generations. Sadubon was the founder and mighty ruler of the Empire, thus Sadubon's Legacy was made in memory of his great achievements and ruling. Throughout Sadubon's Legacy many of his statues can be seen along with carved in writing at the base that can be viewed for a detailed description of their importance. Although one statue has greater significance that all the others - the statue where Sadubon himself is engaged in battle with The Great Miraz - the battle that made Sadubon what he is. This specific statue is always guarded by two of the Empire Knights, not because of creatures but because of tourist and men themselves. When the story progressed and you approach the knights they are ambushed by some bandits. You have the option to help the knights in battle; if you help and win you will unlock a movie scene when viewing the statue (the movie is of the battle). Upon reaching the end of the path you see the enormous gate leading into Sadubon's Empire and the huge castle in the background.
Sadubon's Empire:
Sadubon's Empire is one of the bigger areas you will visit in the game. The Empire is more than just a castle, town or knights in shining armor - it symbolizes the turning point of man just after the war ended. Before the war was over man was scattered throughout their continent, Sadubon was able to unify most of man - thus the construction of Sadubon's Empire throughout the years. The castle itself is quite large, huge to the point its where the entire army lives (consider it one giant military base). Considering the Empire is so large your going to be able to interact with hundreds of different people, participate in things such as celebrations, gatherings, fighting tournaments, contests and even visit housing, inns, bars and shops. Anything weapon or armor related is found inside the castle with independent blacksmith's trying to make a living (*Note - some have more quality weapons than others). In layman terms, players are going to have a damn good time and when they leave, their going to have the feeling, "Holy shit, I've never interacted with so many NPCs (non-playable characters) in one environment in my entire RPG playing career!" Aside from the fun aspects, on a serious note your going to feel like you're in a REAL Empire. Adding to the real portion, outside of housing certain people have setup things like farms and gardens. Yes, you're even going to be able to watch them do these things.
