The All U Get came together
in the early '90s when high school friends Paul Nielsen, Kris, Omar, and Robin
Selig teamed up to play cheesy punk rock/hardcore music. Soon Nielsen was
replaced with Sid Simily who went by the name "Sidcore". The
Sidcore-version of All U Get recorded the EP Blind Side in 1993. Soon
after, it was then Simily’s turn to bid the band farewell and Tony Ross stepped
in, resulting in the I Can’t See EP and the Burn It demos. After
Selig left the band in 1994, Lisa Dyer had joined for a short while. Then All U
Get had officially broken up, but in reality the remaining members turned
around and formed Ako, a rap-funk-punk combo in 1995.
