[1]All Rp's must be at the very minimum 20 lines.

[2]Im not saying you have to know HTML but it helps out alot. If not then RP to the best of your ability. Actuly even if you can Rp to the best of your ability.

[3]If you can use layouts then use the. If your in another fed and can use them theirs no reason you can't here. If you cant then learn from me.

[4]You can only be up-tp 4 people. If you are 2 or more ppl make sure you can RP for the charectors.
