Cheer Bear is the care bear cheerleader. She's spunky and totally optimistic. Cheer Bear has the power to get the adrenaline flowing and the spirit to win going in almost anyone. However Cheer Bear believes that everyone's ideas and plans should be supported and often this causes problems when she finds herself supporting opposing views.
