--Elven Subraces--

-Dark Elves-
+2 Dex, -2 Con, +2 Int, -2 Wis

Medium Size.
Dark Elf base speed is 30 feet.
Black Sheep: +1 racial bonus to hit Elves. (including Dark Elves)
+1 racial bonus to hit with daggers.
+2 racial bonus vs. Poison.
+2 racial bonus vs. Necromantic Spell effects.
+2 racial bonus to Spot, Listen, and Search checks.  
Darkvision 60 feet.

Favored Class: Rogue

-Grey Elves-
As High Elf in PHB except:
-2 Str, +2 Dex, -2 Con, +2 Int

--Moon Elves--
As High Elf in PHB except:
+2 Int, -2 Con

-Snow Elves-
+2 Dex, -2 Int, -2 Cha

Medium Size.
Snow Elf base speed is 30 feet.
+1 racial bonus to hit when fighting with two weapons.
+1 racial bonus to hit Frostlings
+2 racial bonus vs. savings throws for the Cold and Spells with the Cold Sub-type.
+2 Racial bonus to Spot, Listen, and Search checks.
Racial familiarity: Elven Frostblade.
Cold Resistance 5
Low-light vision
Automatic Languages: Common and Elven.

Favored Class: Ranger

-Wild Elves-
As High Elf in PHB except:
+2 Dex, -2 Int

-Wood Elves-
As High Elf in PHB except:
+2 Str, +2 Dex, -2 Con, -2 Int, -2 Cha


--Halfling Subraces--
-Strongheart Halfling-
As Lightfoot Halfling in PHB except:

Loses the +1 bonus to saving throws.
Loses the +2 racial bonus vs. fear.
Strongheart halflings gain one extra feat at 1st level.

-Ghostwise Halfling-
As Lightfoot Halfling in PHB except:

Loses the +1 bonus to saving throws.
Gains the ability to speak telepathically to any creature whom it shares a common language with that is within 20 feet.

-Frostling-
-2 Str, +2 Con, +2 Int, -2 Cha

Small sized.
Frostling base speed is 20 feet.
Ice-cutting: Frostlings +2 racial bonus to notice fissures or unsual cracks in ice.  
A Frostling who comes within 10 feet of such a fissure gains a check to notice it as if he were
 actively searching for it.  
+2 bonus to Appraise and Craft checks involving Ice.
+2 racial bonus vs. saving throws for the Cold and Spells with the Cold sub-type.
+1 racial bonus to hit vs. Snow Elves
+2 racial bonus to Climb, Jump, and Move Silently Checks
+2 racial bonus to Listen Checks
Racial Familiarity: Frostling Pickaxe
Lowlight Vision
Cold Resisitance 5
Automatic Languages: Common and the Cold Tongue

--Gnome Subraces--
-Arcane Gnome-
As Rock Gnome in PHB except:
-2 Str, +2 Con, +2 Int, -2 Wis

Arcane Gnomes lose the Gnomish trait which allows them to speak with animals once per day.  
They don't have the same affinity with animals their cousins have, they treat them more like pets then friends.
Use Magic Device is always considered a class skill for Arcane Gnomes.

Favored Class: Wizard 

-Forest Gnome-
-2 Str, +2 Wis, +2 Cha

-River Gnome-
As Rock Gnome in PHB except replaces the regular Rock Gnome traits with:

Speak with animals once per day, river dwelling animals only. (i.e. fish, ducks, and otters)
+8 racial bonus to Swim checks.  Also, they may always take 10 on a
swim check, even if rushed or threatened.  They may take the run action while swimming, provided it is in a straight line.
+1 racial bonus to initiative.  River gnomes are graceful and quick to spring into action.
A river Gnome can hold his breath for a number of rounds equal to four times his Constitution score.



--Dwarven Subraces--
-Gold Dwarf-
As Shield Dwarves in the PHB except:
-2 Dex, +2 Con
+1 racial bonus to attack Ahberrations. (This replaces attack bonus against orcs and goblinoids)

-Gray Dwarf-
+2 Con, -4 Cha

Medium sized.
Gray Dwarf's base speed is 20 feet.
Darkvision 60 feet.
+2 racial bonus vs. paralysis, phantasms, and poisons.
+2 racial bonus to Move Sielently.
+1 racial bonus to Spot and Listen.
Spell-like ability: Invisibility/1 day. (as a wizard of the Gray Dwarf's level)
Light Sensitivity: Gray Dwarves suffer a -2 circumstance penalty to attack rolls, saves, and checks in bright sunlight.
Automatic Languages: Common and Undercommon.

Favored Class: Fighter

--Goblin--
+2 Dex, -2 Int, -2 Cha

Small sized.
Goblin base speed is 20 feet.
+4 racial bonus to Move Silently.
+2 racial bonus to Hide checks.
+1 racial bonus to Spot and Listen checks.
Warg-affinity: Goblins gain a +6 racial bonus to Ride checks and Mouted Combat as a virtual feat when riding a Warg.
Automatic Language: Goblin

Favored Class: Rogue

--Hobgoblin--
+2 Dex, +2 Con, -2 Int, -2 Wis, -2 Cha

Medium sized.
Hobgoblin base speed is 30 feet.
+2 racial bonus to Spot and LIsten checks.
+4 racial bonus to Hide checks.
Automatic Language: Goblin

Favored Class: Fighter

--Half-Hobgoblin--
+2 Con, -2 Int

Medium-sized.
Half-hobgoblin base speed is 30 feet.
Darkvision 60 feet.
Hobgoblin blood: For all special abilities, magic items, etc. they are considered full-blooded hobgoblins.
+1 racial bonus to Fortitude saves.
Automatic languages: Common and Goblin.

Favored Class: Fighter

--Orc--
+4 Str, -2 Int, -2 Cha

Medium sized.
Orc base speed is 30 feet.
Darkvision at 60 feet.
Day-light sensitivity: Orcs suffer a -1 penalty to hit and skill checks while in bright light.
Orcs are proficient with all martial weapons.  Even the lowliest orc can heft a greataxe.
Automatic Language: Orc.

Favored Class: Barbarian.
