Open photoshop. Hold Control and click Help, then click About Photoshop. A different splash will come up, instead of the usual one that you see while loading. This was one of the splashes they were choosing on, and its title. But in the end they used Photoshop, and they regular splash that we all know quite well. There is different splashes and titles for different Photoshop Versions.
