Open another browser window with the outwar attack page(the one with all the names)*(Must be within your attack range to attack them)
Come back to this window, scroll down, and fill out the form below.
Press "Generate Code" after you've filled out the form, copy the text that it generates, and paste it into the browser/URL Bar at the top that has the outwar rankings page open.
