A Sanctuary at the Heart of A Mountain Retreat where A Vision of Universal Proportions is being Realised

What is Anahata ?  

Anahata represents the heart. It provides the balance between the physical and spiritual planes. It is one of the seven charkas, which embodies total consciousness. Its location is in vicinity of the physical heart. It is described as the forth level of consciousness and commands compassion and love. The true sense of a human being is said to unfold as Anahata begins to blossom.

Objectives: 

• To focus on healing, education, research as unique as each individual.
• To guide each individual towards the principles of living simple, healthy, uplifting life.
• To achieve well-being through fine tuning of the body, mind and spirit.
• T develop physical environment to promote the balance.

Environment 

The centre is located at Mt. Phyllis; we welcome you to enjoy the serenity of the mountains, the beauty of the landscaped surroundings and the tranquility of the sunset across the plains and the Gulf. Most of all, we hope and pray that you will find a balance between your mind, body and spirit thus when you leave, you will have a feeling of wellness and a prosperity. The Anahata Centre is a registered, non-profit, voluntary organization.

 Healing 

Our Unique holistic approach guides you to overcome all levels of disease to bring about a balance between your physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

 Alternative Medicine 

This practice finds it’s roots in the eastern system of ayurveda, acupuncture, etc. the herbs and products used are thoroughly tested in a western scientific manner. The cure is a gently balance between the person, practices to prevent future ills and natural medicine to eliminate the symptoms and heal the body. Ayurvedic principles, acupuncture, physiotherapy, massage, reflexology, chiropractic techniques, counseling, yoga, colour and sound therapy and energy healing and balancing are some of the systems we incorporate in our holistic approach.

 Rehabilitation  

For example in dealing with any addiction is to heal the individual by attending to all three aspects of the body, mind and spirit. We at the Anahata Centre have integrated this holistic approach and developed a unique and effective program.

 Education

 Human Development is one of our many goals. The creation of a university to impart the esoteric knowledge of the ancients will have both academic as well as practical approaches.
