Subject: FC owners and crew agreements

As a matter of public record,
Her grateful Duchess of Strand, Anna Vakora-Kaasu has awarded your organization the following benefits beyond your negotiations with the Commonwealth First Citizen;

Group Benefits
1. The ownership (Jak, Kile, and Alfonso) of one unoccupied, standard type Strand Starcity Construction Facility

Assuming standard property taxation of the local government (5%),
10% of all net earnings to the Duchy of Strand.
Must be operationa, occupied and refurbished within 3 years or all rights revert to the Duchy

2.   A Party of Celebration in the Merc Guild - Hall of Heroes (151-1212, 7pm)
3.   50,000cr for all other members of the FC crew.
4. Her noble Duchess has declined any survivor, salvage rights to the Imperium ship Luruu, or the cargo excluding her personal belongings.

Individual Recognitions
1.   Captain Kile Ransom

Duchy of Strand "Letter of Marque"

Assuming standard Commonwealth import sales taxation (5%),
10% of all net earnings to the Duchy.

2. On behalf of a greatful King - Commonwealth "Letter of Marque"

Assuming standard Commonwealth recovery taxation (10%) upon delivery to Commonwealth Naval bases,
10% of all net earnings to the King.

3. Invitation to the Royale Presence (151-1212 7pm) - "Ball in the Honor of Duchess Anna Vakora-Kaasu"

The bearer and a "personal guest" will be allowed entry to this social event

2. Jak Nazdyth - Strand's franchise rights of any TAS activities.

The right to purchase and refurbish 1 hotel facility within the Strand StarCity complex,
Assuming standard property taxation of the local government (5%),
10% of all net earnings to the Duchy of Strand.
To revert to the Duchy if not utilized within 2 years.

3. Alfonso Mcgee - Duchy of Strand "Letter of Merchantile", authorization to use the Duchy Coat of Arms.

Assuming standard local sales taxes,
All products bearing the Duchy arms must first be approved by the Duchy (1% fee).
Sponsorship for the basic membership in the TAS evaluation

Her noble Duchess reserves the right to withdrawl endorsement in regards to any future inappropriate activities.
