Designed by: Admiral Savage   (based on a design from Sup 7 Fighting Ships of the Imperium).  Later the Imperium came out with the 30kt ISEH Light Cruiser and the 75kt Planet Hvy Cruiser based on the same design.

World class Heavy Cruisers are refits of the Planet class Heavy Cruisers that dotted the Rebellion fleets. 
These were very active in the Rebellion.
Weapons: Missile Bays - 15 Bear, Missile Turrets - 8 Bear, Fusion Gun - 15 Bear.
This refitted vessel includes a TL16 power plant that improves jump performance and provides additional
output. The World class has fuel for 2xJ5 jumps  (J1= 18799.875). The ships troops have access to several
delivery systems and can be used for boarding parties or other activities.  There is an additional set of 9
double staterooms and 10 of the senior officers have their own staterooms.  The ship has a secondary bridge
 (1500t, 375Mcr) and 500t of additional subcraft fuel.
