the government as detached by former Rangers. All known Ranger scouts have upgraded technology to
TL16 (improved sensors, jump drive, and manuever are taken from the saving 15dt of Jump Fuel).  The
Serpent TL16 carries .8dt of fuel for the Air/Raft.
