The Orlando class Commonwealth cruiser is a refitted Kinunir class colonial cruisers (aka frontier battle
cruisers). It has food for 8 weeks.  She carries 1 Pinnace, 1 Astrin APC, 3 Air/Rafts, and 15 armoured
drop capsules. The ship has an additional 4.65t of fuel for the vehicles and can add more if needed for a
specific mission. The ship has 15t of missiles but can carry additional missiles in cargo. The Orlando has
4 flight crew instead of 13. Various crew can (troops) can fly grav vehicles, and drop capsules are flown
and maintained by the ship's troops.
1. officer & 1 rating for the pinnace, 1 for the grav APC and 1 for the air/rafts. 
Weapons Batteries (1 Gunnery officer and two teams of 6 Battery Gunners not 21 Gunners):
2 Batteries of 4-Dual Laser Turrets, 2 Batteries of 1-PA turret,  2 Batteries of 2 triple missile turests.

Intended as a Vanguard Cruiser it was converted into Colonial (Battle) Cruiser status during the 5th Frontier
War and then again during the Rebellion. Several ships from the General Products line had severe failures from
their computer systems AI's resulting in crew death, giving the ship a bad name sake.

The Orlando class was refitted by the commonwealth with a TL16 power plant improving jump fuel usage,
 armour, additional missiles, additional drop capsules, improved sensors and communications, additional EP
for black globe, room for 10 passengers, a standard captains cabin, and 5 weeks of power plant duration.

The crew can choose between standard 2 ton armoured drop capules and 1 ton manual, drop capsules.
